It's been a little over a week since Emani's injury and I'm pretty sure she's over it. Meaning that she's comfortable with her injury now. I don't know how but she is. Lyssa on the other hand has been glued to my side and today is their first day going to public school.
Mani is excited, Lyssa is apprehensive about everything.
"Lyssa it's gonna be okay." I say to her while brushing her hair.
"They might be mean." She says with a pout.
"Everything is gonna be fine. You and Mani are in the same class." I say to her.
"Promise?" She asks looking up at me.
"I promise." I say to her.
The girls didn't wanna match today. I wanted them too because I think it's cute but I decided against that and let them choose from outfits that I picked out.
