Battle of Hogwarts (part II)

[Chapter 36]

Emily took me to the forbidden forest. I would never go there during a normal day let alone between a war. But I had Emily with me so it wasn't that much of a big issue. Also, Harry needed me.

I was trailing behind her as she kept walking deeper into the forest.

I could see Bellatrix and...Voldemort at a distance, no sign of Harry. Pulling Emily back by her arm, I whisper shouted "Where are you going?! See!! Bellatrix and Voldemort are there!" But she didn't stop and instead pulled me by my arm and pushed me towards them.

I was in pure shock and confusion, what was going on? I jerked my head up towards Emily but she wasn't matching the afraid look on my face, instead, had a wide smirk with a tint of proudness for herself "I brought her here, Dark Lord" she bowed and stepped back.

"What the hell! Emily!" I shouted but Bellatrix grabbed me from behind and covered her palm over my mouth aggressively "we should take her to Harry now, he would definitely give up after seeing his lover captive under us" she said to the pale skined man with the biggest evil smile ever.

I struggled to get out of her grip but couldn't, she was holding me tightly, Emily took my wand. I knew that I shouldn't trust people that I don't know truly, but Emily and I were Friends since Hogwarts started, she still betrayed me.

I was helpless and couldn't move, just prayed that nothing bad happens now.

Harry turned around to see me on my knees with my arms tied behind my back and I was placed near the broken wall of the bridge above Black Lake. Bellatrix had her wand pointed at me.

"Harry Potter, surrender and let me kill you, or else, this stupid girl, would be dead"  Voldemort hissed with his weird smirk.

I had a mute spell placed on me by Emily and so I couldn't say anything, but I just shook my head aggressively.

Harry had nothing but panick and worry for me in his eyes, I was shaking my head to tell him to not surrender "Voldemort! Let her free! You have your battle with me, not her!" He tried to step closer to me.

Voldemort snapped his wand right at my direction "Crucio!" And I felt a very sharp unbearable pain in my body. I crumbled down as I didn't have the energy to handle it. I screamed without being able to open my mouth properly before he snapped the wand again and a bunch of tears oozed out.

"Try to be clever and I'll kill her with an instant" Bellatrix laughed at Voldemorts warning.

Harry shouted "Blair!" As he watched me in pain and tried his best not to run to me and hug me tightly, hide me under his care.

My head was dropped down in pain, but I managed to tilt up again, my eyes were saying what I wanted to say and Harry read it. Let me die..

He slowly shook his head "no.." but then jerked it towards voldemort in anger "No!"

"I'll not give up after all this. Not after what everyone did for Hogwarts, for me! People died for nothing, you filthy creature. I won't surrender myself to you, nor will I let you murder another innocent young soul!"

Bellatrix rolled her eyes and steadied her wand "can I kill her already?"

Voldemorts' weird smirk faded, he was clearly annoyed.

Harry ran towards me. Voldemorts' eyes widened with the sight of his next move. He snapped his wand at Harry but missed it because Harry was quick.

The dark haired boy hid me in his arms and picked me up. Bellatrix tried to attack him but Harry was faster. Voldemort groaned furiously and a green lightening strike left his wand. Harry supported me with one and dodged the strike with his wand from other.

"Stay here" he said and placed me at the corner of the bridge. My body was still burning with pain due to the intense torture spell.

All I heard was the sound of two lightening strikes crashing with eachother before I turned my head around to look at the scene.

Harry and Voldemort were having a fierce battel of life and death, the final battle.

Voldemort was defeated.

The tormenting twelve hours and seven years of Harry fighting that ruthless being were over.

Everyone was gathered inside the great hall. Proud smiling faces looking at Harry as everyone hugged and shook hands with him.

I was sitting on the stairs before he ran towards me and hugged me tightly. I was in my safe place again, his arms.

"It's over!" I shouted with happy tears in my eyes and everyone followed with a cheer.

Harry pressed his lips against my forehead as he hugged me tightly again and didn'tet go. He looked down at me with watery eyes of his own "we're finally at peace"

"I'm so proud of you, my Blair, you stayed strong during all of this. You're the strongest I know, as I said, I wasn't wrong"

"You were the chosen one you gotta have the best girlfriend" I snickered.

He pressed his forehead against mine and I couldn't describe how happy I was feeling at the time.

"I'm never letting you go again"

"You're stuck with me now"
