“YOU DON'T GET IT, HIRAGI! I'M GOING ON A DINNER WITH [NAME]-CHAN. I WANNA DRESS TO IMPRESS!”— The boisterous voice of Furin's president echoed on the rooftop, causing the other members to pause in their conversation. “Ehhh? A date with [name]-senpai, how lucky,” Kakiuchi chimed dreamily while watching Umemiya whine from afar.
It was a typical day at Cafe Potus, with a little treat offered by Kotoha as the rowdy president continued his childish mantra. “Are you sure she even agreed to this?” the vice president eyed the white-haired boy wearily.
“Of course they—”
“Did not.”
All heads turned towards the low voice that cut through the strange atmosphere in the café. There stood a boy as tall as the third-year students, with sun-kissed skin adorned with chunky bracelets and rings that looked expensive. Some eyed the man with familiarity, but the majority raised a brow at the new addition.
“Of course they didn't,” Kaji crunched through his suckers before looking at the tanned male. “There's no way that guy would let you near her,” he pointed at the masked man who rolled his eyes (barely visible because of his bangs).
Everyone watched as the newcomer heaved a heavy sigh, either due to the situation or perhaps for being too good-looking for his own good.
“Thank you for pointing out the obvious, but refrain from calling me anything other than my name; it's unappealing,” the low baritone of his voice nearly made Sakura shudder in disgust. He couldn't help but wonder if it was natural or if he had been consuming too many cigarettes.
The thick atmosphere shattered when a certain blonde pointed at the newcomer with trembling fingers. “Y-you can't p-possibly be—eek! IT'S YOU!” Nirei looked like he'd seen the most gruesome scene possible, a complete contrast from the usual awe that the boy received when looked at. “A-a-are you perhaps... Uriel-san?”
