Mals pov:

I was heading over to the enchanted lake when Audrey appeared out of thin air with the crown and scepter.

"I was hoping you were home." She grinned.

"Is this a joke? What are you doing with the crown and the scepter?" I nervously chuckled.

"Well, I wanted them, so I took them. You of all people should understand that, Mal." Audrey said looking me dead in the eye.

"Wait, Audrey stop! Dont use that!" I spoke alarmed.

"I thought you liked spells." She said.

"It's not a toy, it's dangerous" I told her, trying to convince her to stop whatever she was doing.

"My life was perfect until you stole it. And then Auradon turned its back on me. It's time for a little payback." She laughed as a bright light shot at me. I look down at myself and I wasnt me anymore. I was an old, wrinkly woman.

"You think Ben will love you now, you old hag? You'll pay the price for what you did, so will all of Auradon." She wickedly smirked as the others ran out. "So long, suckers." And she disappeared.

Jay turned to look at me. "Uh, you might wanna think of a spell for that."

"There's no spell that can reverse the curse of the scepter" I spoke hoarsly.

"Well, that's a shame." Carlos sighed.

"Forget about me. Audrey's out for revenge, and all of Auradon is in danger." I told them.

"What should we do?" Carlos asked.

"The only thing more powerful than the scepter... is Hades' ember." I said.

"Oh, like he's just gonna hand it over if you blew him back to the Isle." Evie spoke.

"No one knows where his lair is." Jay added.

"I do, I'm his errand rat. I've got the key at my dad's." Celia suddenly told us.

"You're coming." I insisted.

"But I just got here!" She whined.

Later, we set off on our bikes cross the ocean towards the Isle.

Nobody heard but Dude, Carlos's dog called out to him. "Carlos, your gonna miss Y/Ns birthday!

Y/Ns pov:

I was at the enchanted lake for my birthday party and most of the guests had arrived. I was hanging out with Chad. Surprisingly, he was actually happened to be one of my closest friends despite how much he annoyed the crap out of me.

He was shooting enchanted lake water through a water pistol and turned to look at me "Looks like Carlos forgot your birthday, huh?"

I swatted his shoulder. "Well, maybe not, maybe he just took the wrong trail or something. Or, you know what? They probably don't celebrate birthdays on the Isle, maybe it's like a cultural thing." I tried to convince not only him, but myself.

"Oh. Yeah. Or maybe he just forgot. You never know." He chuckled running over to get more water.

"Hey, Chad, look! There's people taking selfies!" I told him pointing in a random direction so he would just leave me alone.

"Selfies! Guys! Wait, wait, wait, wait! Wait for me! Wait for me!" He shouted running over to them.

Suddenly, a puff of pink smoke appeared and Audrey stepped into the birthday party. She had the scepter and the crown. So she was the one that stole them, I thought. I mustve been daydreaming because she started to sing happy birthday to me, while making people go to sleep while Chad cowered behind her like a lost puppy.
