CHAPTER 15

HOSPITAL WARD ROOM:

When Anand came back to the room Priya stood up and went near him.

"Thank you so much Mr. & Mrs. Sharma for considering this alliance" said Raj grateful for the couple for their approval.

"No Mr. Malhotra we have done this for our daughter. We are Okay with this, but if Aarya is not fine with it we will not be proceeding forward" said Priya.

"That's totally fine Mrs. Sharma" said Avantika.

"Now we will take your leave" said Anand .

"Rudra will drop you guys at the hotel" said Raj.

"No need for that Mr. Malhotra Aarya had already booked a cab for us and it is waiting down" said Anand and they bid bye and left.

"Mom you never said to me about all this" asked Rudra 

"Tujhe bata bi diya toh tu kya karenga  " said Raj while smacking his head who instead pouted at them .

"But on a serious note Aunty... Do you think she would be perfect for them" asked Roohi as she was unsure of Aarya.

"Yes Roohi Aarya is perfect for both of them you haven't seen them together when you would, you will understand" said Avantika.

"Kuch bhi kaho Aunty ladki toh dikney mai masth hai" (Whatever you say Aunty but she is really beautiful) said Naksh.

"Haa Naksh bhai ab toh mere bhai ki shaadi hogi" said Rudra. And they kept talking while the baby was sleeping. After sometime everyone left for their work and Naksh asked Rudra and Avantika also to go as he would be present with the baby.

Naksh was in the room with the baby when Aarya and Aditya came. They went near the baby to check on him to see him sleeping. Aarya sat beside him whereas Aditya went and sat beside Naksh on the couch asking "Did he wake up "

"No" replied Naksh while Aditya just nodded his head.

The trio were talking in a hush tone when Aarya's phone rang and she went out to talk to her Father.

"So did you guys talk" asked Naksh and Aditya just hummed.

"What did you decide then" he asked again.

"We decided as yes" said Adi with a small smile whereas Naksh hooted loudly due to which the baby woke up and started to cry and Aditya glared at Naksh who gulped and went near his son and picked him up.

"What happened my love....shh...why are you crying....it's okay we will beat chachu okay now stop crying...shhh" said Aditya while patting his back.

"What happened why is he crying?" asked Aarya coming into the room.

"Nothing he just woke up from his sleep" replied Aditya whereas Aarya nodded.

"Naksh when was the last time you have fed him milk." asked Aarya while turning to Naksh.

"You only have fed him milk naa after that he didn't wake up" said Naksh.

"Mr. Malhotra give him to me I will make him drink milk." said Aarya.

"Okay I will go and make it " said Aditya but was stopped by Naksh who himself went to make the milk.

"Kanna what is this? After being with your father you forgot about me" said Aarya in a complaining tone while caressing his head whereas he just giggled at her.

"Haww baby are you laughing at me" she asked ,him feeling offended whereas Aditya chuckled at them.

"Madam because he loves his father more than you" said Aditya with a smirk.

"No! kanna tell to your father that you love me more" she said to the baby who was looking at both of them.

"Yes baby tell your Mumma that you love your papa more" said Aditya while looking into her eyes who was shocked after listening to him as he was referring to her as his mother which showed his trust in her.

"You showed your trust by believing me and waiting for me to tell you about my past and I am trusting you by giving you my most important possession in life MY SON who is the only source of reason for me to live but now I guess you are also included in that" Aditya thought looking into her eyes.

Their staring session was broken by the little devil who wants his parents attention on him so he patted his face while making a whining sound. Aarya took the baby from him and kissed all over his face with tears in her eyes whereas he was more than happy to get so much attention from her and hid his face in her shoulder. Naksh came with the milk and Aarya checked the heat of milk took him to the couch to feed him. And said to both of them to go and have lunch Aditya asked about her and she said she would go and have afterwards and they both left. Aarya was feeding the baby who was throwing tantrums to drink so she she made some sounds while doing things with her hands, after the burping that  cleaned him and was making him sleep. Till that time Aditya and Naksh came back and saw the baby quietly sleeping Naksh went to the other room whereas Aditya went near Aarya to give her sandwiches he brought with himself and went out to the adjacent room. After making the baby sleep Aarya also laid beside him after surrounding him from all the four sides and slept at a distance from him as she moves a lot in her sleep. After sometime Aditya came to the room to check on them and seeing them sleeping he quietly left from there.

In the evening, Aarya's and Aditya's parents came back by then Aarya and the baby woke up and the baby was full energetic and was playing with Anand and Raj whereas the ladies were busy talking with each other. Aditya came back to the room and greeted their parents whereas Naksh left. He was happy to see his son back to his normal self and went near the table to check his Vitamins medicine when he saw that Sandwiches were present there and frowned.

"Aarya why haven't you eaten the sandwich" asked Aditya turning towards her who was sitting beside her father looked at him.

"She will not eat sandwich beta because she doesn't like the vegetables" said Priya angry at her daughter for not eating anything after breakfast. Aarya is now completely sitting beside her father as if she wanted to hide from there as her mother was angry at her and she is mostly scared of her mother and grandmother.

"You should have said to me I would have brought something else" said Aditya looking at her with a frown.

"No Aditya give her the sandwiches she has to eat them, they are good for health but this girl would never understand that" said Priya while looking at Aarya who was looking down and cursing Aditya in her head. She took a sandwich from him and took a small bite from the corner.

"amma naku telisi idi karab ayindi "(Mom I think it is rotten food) said Aarya to her mother who in turn glared at her and seeing this Aarya started to take the bite while making numerous faces and drank water to gulp of the sandwich.

Malhotra's looked at them with wide eyes whereas Anand laughed and said its routine in their home as Aarya doesn't eat vegetables and will make thousands of excuses to get rid of that, and shared a few incidents to them who laughed looking at her whereas Aditya chuckled after listing the stories. Aarya being embarrassed hid herself in Anand's chest who patted her head.
