Bien entered the general manager's office, still bothered by the new editor. No, "so-so editor" was a better term. He had reviewed Sandro's work while at the Bad Egg's office and found it lacking. Sandro's elements were all over the place, unaligned, his fonts clashed with the background, making them hard to read, and the ratio looked like a badly cropped image. Bien was so disappointed that he couldn't focus on his other tasks.

"Come in," said Aron, not looking up from his laptop.

Aron's office was quite large, featuring an impressive executive lounge that radiated an air of sophistication and authority. The lounge was anchored by a plush, deep-red sofa set, a stark yet elegant contrast to the pristine white tiled floor. The carpet beneath the seating area was a luxurious Persian piece, its intricate patterns weaving stories of opulence and refinement. The walls were adorned with tasteful art pieces, each frame a testament to Aron's exquisite taste and eye for detail.

A glass coffee table with chrome accents sat at the center, its surface pristine, reflecting the soft ambient light that filtered through the large windows, giving the room an airy, open feel. A mahogany bookshelf stood against one wall, filled with leather-bound volumes and industry awards, further emphasizing the stature of its occupant. The faint scent of polished wood and expensive cologne lingered in the air, adding to the room's distinguished atmosphere.

Bien sat casually on the couch and crossed his legs. Still on his laptop, Aron said, "If you're going to talk about the new editor, I can't do anything about it. Sandro is Father's compadre's son. It's his decision to place him there. I can't do anything about it."

"I don't mind that," said Bien, flipping his phone open and scrolling through social media. "What I want is to make our social media look professional and to drive traffic from Facebook to YouTube."

"Wait, let me just..." Aron turned off his laptop and joined Bien, his presence commanding yet approachable. The executive lounge, with its lavish decor and thoughtful layout, served as the perfect backdrop for their high-stakes conversation, a silent reminder of the power and influence that permeated every corner of Aron's office.

Bien began explaining his plan for their social media platforms. He had phases for the whole plan prepared, from the cleaning phase to completely turning some of the shows into recorded formats to achieve maximum quality.

"Recorded shows?" Aron asked. "Which ones?"

Bien presented the shows that would be affected: Sir Vil and Susan's FlavorTalk, where they interview people who own food businesses. Bien thought it would be best to shoot an actual feature show with the guests instead of just inviting them for an interview. That way, there would be less human error, as he noticed the incompetent tech team almost always messed up during live broadcasts. Lucas's Vocal Vibes, where he interviewed local singers, would also transition to a recorded format to give the local artists a more proper presentation and reduce errors in their performances. Bien went on, explaining more of his plan.

"As you know, we lack manpower," said Aron. "Who will edit those clips?"

Bien lifted his chest and flicked his shoulders, ready for a fight. "We have a new editor."

Aron leaned back skeptically. "Come on now. He's no good."

Bien chuckled. "You're too harsh."

"I only said I can't do anything about it. I didn't say he's any good."

"I can manage," Bien asserted. "However, I'm only one man. I can handle the pre-production. For the shoot, we need the help of the tech department."

Aron jumped from the sofa and went to his coffee machine. "Didn't you want to prove the tech department's incompetence? Or show that replacing you as editor was a mistake? That's why you're running over Sir Vil and Susan's shows, right?"
