| YOU WEREN'T SURE HOW TO FEEL ABOUT THE BROTHERS JUST YET; KINRO WAS EFFICIENT AND HELPFUL WHEREAS GINRO WAS PESTERING AND HELPFUL. At the end of the day, it was easy to absolve the two were excellent spearmen especially to your untrained eye. It's just you couldn't help but compare the two siblings... They were polar opposites whose circumstances allowed them to perform in perfect synchronization.

Ginro was definitely a sleaze though. You concluded this on just the first day of your revival when he was ogling your... assets... "So that's how a pre-Stone world woman looks up close!" he had commented. To your satisfaction, his brother had smacked him on the upside of his head. Kinro had apologized on his behalf, and you found the taller brother more charming than anyone else at that moment.

At this very moment, the three of you were sent to obtain more lumber for Senku's observatory gift project. "Y/N, you should do what I do and...!" Ginro dropped some of his work onto Kinro. You shook your head disappointedly; albeit the idea was tempting. You were strong enough to last in the Stone World, but the concept of lazing around wasn't beneath you. Of course, you'd never make yourself a handicap.

"Ginro, pick the wood back up," you groaned, frustrated with the blond boy.

The shorter boy made a whiney noise and reluctantly picked his load back up. His brother was quick to lecture him, "Senku has done a lot for our village- he is also our chief. It's only right we show him appreciation for all he's done." You nodded accordingly with a sweet smile, but it didn't stop the grumbling boy from stomping and heaving. "He better get us something good for our birthdays," he said under his breath. "It's called appreciation for a reason, Ginro!"

You couldn't help but stifle a chuckle from their interaction; it was endearing to say the least. It made you realize how much you missed your own big brother. "You know what?" you softly giggled.

The two stopped their rambling and looked at you with a surprised yet fond look.

You edged closer to Kinro, and he responded with a flustered jolt. "One..." Ginro looked at the pair of you enviously. "Two..." Kinro stood awkwardly, holding his workload between you. "Three!" you finished counting with glee and akin to Ginro, dumped your carryings to Kinro. "Leaving it to someone else!" you happily chimed, satisfying that aching feeling.

As you dashed from him, Ginro copied you, and soon, you and the blond boy were now accomplices. Kinro groaned and ran after the both of you, but it wouldn't matter as you were all heading back to the site anyways.

A familiar emotion rang through you as Kinro yelled lectures at the two of you for being mischievous.

And when the fun was over, you would only miss your big brother more.

| KOHAKU'S VOICE RANG AS A WARNING; "I CAN SEE MAGMA WITH SENKU IN THE DISTANCE, BE READY!" SHE HAD CAUTIONED. You and Gen exchanged a smirk as the two of you settled yourselves. Magma, with his speed, tossed the weak scientist to your lot in seconds. Senku didn't shake or squirm while all of you quietly situated him into the renovated building. He just sat there blindfolded and firm. "We had a surprise awaiting for you, Senkuuu," the mentalist hummed while he got close to the male.

Senku chuckled before speaking, "So you cracked the code... well."

The room paused.

"Get rid of the science man, and there will be no war at all... It's fine I get it. But spare Y/N, let her go to Yuzuriha and Taiju and tell Tsukasa nothing about her knowledge, he'll just try to use her as a priestess for tales of the past. I'll be damned if she has to use her specialty just to serve as some cautionary story-teller spouting ridiculous shit like don't let history repeat itself," Senku lowly spoke.
