chapter #4 : Intruder ?

“... Y-you what ? “. []

“... yeah, you’re not mishearing this, I was a german officer before I came to swiss, …” .

Fritz paused for a while and then sighs.

“... oh god, why did I tell you something about that ? … I'm sorry for making you uncomfortable …”

She was staring at him and smiled a little bit.

“Oh, that’s okay, I'm actually glad to hear that, … but, does everyone or our neighbor knows about this ?”

Affelya asked.

Fritz slowly shakes his head.

“No one, just you … I feel you’re the people that I trust …” .

She smiles and feels a bit proud, while Fritz looks at her at the corner of his eyes. 

Then affelya stands up and she feels a small pain on her knees, she quickly holds her knees.

“...aww” .

She groaned.

Fritz was a bit surprised and immediately approached her.

“Hey, are you okay ?” .

She did not answer him, he looked at her knees and slowly opened her skirts a bit, her knees were wounded because she fell off her bicycle earlier.

“Wait a minute, I will bring you a bandage !”

Fritz goes inside his house quickly and grabs a bandage from his wardrobe.

He goes outside and tells her to sit for a while.

“Please calm down ..”.

He gently applies bandages to her injured knee, she looks at him.

“Thank you, Fritz”.

He nods and helps her stand up.

“Next time be careful, don't fall again like before, understood ?”

He asked her with a playful tone, she puts and nods.

“Yeah, yeah… I understand”.

“Now, go back to your home, before your parents were searching for you !”

Fritz was patting her shoulder, she smiled and nodded.

“Bye, loser !”

She sticks out her tongue a bit and immediately drives her bicycle away, fritz was surprised.

“Hey, come back here !!”  Fritz yells out for her and chases her but slowly he stops.

“Naughty kid …”

Fritz shakes his head and goes back to his house.

Now, it’s evening, she finally arrived at her house, but she saw a few police cars and an ambulance was surrounding in front of her house.

She quickly drops her bicycle and runs out towards her house .

“excuse me, excuse me …”

She cut through the crowd created by the neighbor to see what was really happening ?.

Her eyes widened while she saw her mother wounded and unconscious on the inside of the ambulance.

After a few minutes, the ambulance was driven away from her house, the neighbor slowly returned to their home, there were half of them still chatting about the following incident, The atmosphere became a little noisy and started to get quiet.

Suddenly there’s sound come behind her

“Excuse me, are you Louise children ?”

She turns around and looks at the person behind her, it was a police officer.

“Oh yes, may I help you ?” she asked.

“Actually, there’s something I've got to tell you about your mom…”

She nodded and looked at him.

“So… your house just got bothered by intruders, and your mom was … trying to fight back him, but unfortunately she got attacked and unconscious..” .

Affelya was surprised and slowly calmed down.

“So what next, police officer ?” she asked again.

“Luckily, your neighbor spotted both of them fighting each other, so they started to call the police…”

Affelya is relieved but still feels a bit worried.

The police officer nods and looks down at her.

“I guess we'll have to go now, there is still much work we have to do, take care of yourself, young lady !”

She nods and smiles.

“Thank you, officer !” she said.

He nods, while other police put the intruder inside their car, slowly he hop inside the police car and drive away. []
