Chapter 17

I parked my car at the airport parking lot and genuinely just sprinted to the landing department.

I passed through security and made my way to the lounge. There were a couple of people sitting there, so I scanned the room for Olivia.

I looked from left to right but didn't manage to locate her. I did a second scan to the lounge and finally met with those beautiful brown eyes.

I couldn't help but just smile at her sitting at the airport chairs just looking at me. I wish this moment lasted hours.

"Hi" I said hoping she would understand my lip motion.

She did and said back hi.

I ran to her and quickly put my arms around her back and pulled her in the air spinning at the same time.

Words can't describe how happy I was to be able to see her again. To be able to hug her. To hold her. Just to be by her presence.

"It's nice to see you again" I said trying to calm the tension.

"Yeah it's really nice! I've missed to be honest! I've missed your jokes, I've missed your laugh but most importantly I've missed the way you make me feel, the way you look at me" she said and I just froze.

"I've missed you too Liv, more than you could ever imagine" I said

We made our way to my car and chatted a  bit about Olivia's tour and stuff.

"So have you booked a hotel? Or..." I asked

"Yes I have. Its like in the center of the town. I didn't really think of it at all, I just did it, so I don't know if the spot is anything good to be honest" she said and I just smiled

"I know you picked a great spot. Basically every spot here is great." I replied

"Yeah but it's definitely missing something " she said as I started the car.

"What?" I replied looking at her confused

"You" she said confidently and I could feel my cheeks starting to get HOT. I tried to hide away my blush but Olivia saw me and laughed.

"You really wanna play the role of the nonchalant ass bitch, don't you?" She asked smirking at me

"I'm just build different you know. Like imagine being complimented by Olivia Fucking Rodrigo, I mean who wouldn't blush?" I said

She just laughed and I started driving to her hotel

About 10 minutes later ( the airport is like 5 minutes away from the center of the city) we arrived at her hotel.

I took Olivia's suitcases to her room and went outside to the small balcony to get a taste of the view.

It was beautiful. With an astonishing view of the Ionian sea and the majority of the old town of Corfu, it was the perfect spot.
Although it was dark the mesmerizing lights of the city's shops and houses were creating a romantic effect that was cruising through my mind.

I really love this island.

I was pulled away from my thoughts by a soft touch in my shoulder. I turned around and before I could say anything , a sudden warmth crashed onto my lips.

a/n - well hello I know I've been gone for a little while but I was dealing with some shit in my personal life and I was really a mess. Anyway I am much better now thank you for supporting this story, we got 3 chapters left🔥🔥🔥

Also I know I got confused with the days I said like 1st of August and now it's the 3rd but my dumbass brain couldn't register enough information so here we are
