After 4 days

At Maheshwari mansion

Everyone noticed that there has been no drama since Ragini was sent to her dadi's house.

During this time Swasan have been super busy with their work. They didn't get time to interact with Laksh who just avoided them like plague.

It was the court case day. Swara was praying in the Mandir that she wins it for her mother and justice is served.

Sanskaar says not to worry Swara you will definitely win.

Everyone leave for the court.

Outside the court

Swara meets her ma, Dida and brother outside the court and asks them not to worry. They see Gadodias and their lawyer.

They comes towards Bose family and asks them to back off as they would be humiliated greatly. Swara says don't worry about us, worry about your clients and they head towards the court. Maheshwaris also follow them so does the Gadodia family and their lawyer.

Inside the court

The judge has arrived and seated on his assigned place and announces to begin the hearing.

Gadodia's lawyer starts it.

He says this is an open and shut case where a woman traps a man but the irony is she fails in it as the man's mother was able to protect him from the women's charms. Yes your honour, I am talking about Sharmistha Bose who is a characterless woman who trapped Shekhar Gadodia in her love, gave herself to him before marriage. You can understand what kind of woman she is.

Swara was getting angry hearing the lawyer's words for her mother and shout objection my lord. He cannot comment on someone's character like that without any proofs. Judge says objection sustained and adviced the lawyer not to make such statements without any proofs.

The lawyer says he will present the proofs to the court now.

He calls Parvati Gadodia to the witness box. She comes and put her hand on Gita and says she will say the truth and nothing else.

The lawyer asks her to tell about Sharmishtha Bose in detail to the court. She says that Sharmishtha is a characterless woman, definitely a slut who could give herself to a man before marriage and tries to get married to my innocent son in the name of that sin illegitimate children Subhan and Swara. We taught our son very good values and but he started to change as he got closer to Sharmishtha but thankfully he came to his senses before he could ruin his life by marrying her.

The lawyer says that's all from my side. He asks if Swara wants to ask her any questions. Swara says yes.

She gets up from her chair and walks closer to Parvati Gadodia and says What about her son? Parvati says what about him? He got intimated with a woman before marriage. If my client is a slut and characterless, what is your son then?

The mistake was made by both of them, not just by my client. Your honour, because of this kind of people women can't truly get justice and live their lives peacefully and with respect they deserve. You can go now Mrs Parvati Gadodia, no more questions from my side.

The lawyer says his next witness is Mr Mahesh (one of the Baadi people). He come to the witness box and is asked to say what he thinks of Bose family.

He says your honour first this Sharmishtha trapped Shekhar Gadodia and tried to marry him. 24 years later her daughter did the same thing. Laksh was fiance of Ragini but she allured him and broke raglak relationship and agreed to marry him. But when she realised that she would lose her freedom, she decided to run away from her own wedding. The Bose family started blaming Ragini for Swara's disappearance leading to her trying to commit suicide.
