"It's okay if you can't handle everything today"
IT HAD TAKEN you a while to decide what school you'd go to instead of your dream one. You settled for an ordinary high school that was close to home. You weren't stupid and had pretty good smarts so it wasn't hard to get into an average high school.
The tables had turned, it was now Midoryia's turn to comfort you. You were definitely disappointed but you couldn't lose something you never had in the first place it was the not being good enough that truly stung. You were never good enough.
The boy tried comforting you as much as he could but he clearly was no good at it, he didn't seem to familiar with having friends. But then again he probably felt the same way about you.
Though you hadn't gotten into the prestigious high school you refused to make Midoryia feel guilty for you. So you put on a smile and encouraged him on his new found journey, telling each other how you'd be there for each other every step of the way.
You hated to admit that you had cried over not getting into UA, but you genuinely believed you'd gotten into the school so not receiving the letter left you wounded and broken.
It was already you first day, the school was plain old boring just like your previous school but atleast in that hell hole you had Midoryia now you were alone.
THIRD PERSON POV
A young girl and young boy walked side by side together, not much being spoken but the pair both sharing a headphone each. The day was lovely, the sun casting rays that settled on the pairs face showing off particular features more than others.
The green haired boy looked to his side, almost admiring his new found 'friend'. He felt his cheeks become warmer and warmer. How did a boy like him become friends with a girl like you. It wasn't his first time thinking this, he thought it often.
It wasn't long before the duo parted ways, each to their own new schools. It was clear one was more excited than the other but nevertheless the H/C girl's smile never faltered as she walked her way to school.
4:10PM L/N HOUSEHOLD
It wasn't a far walk for you home however it was a bit lonely. It felt weird. The feeling of being lonely? You loved being alone but you had become so used to a certain someone walking most the way home with you.
Well that was until a new face appeared. It was a boy, he was blessed with a pair of gorgeous green eyes but had dark hair, the features totally contrasting each other. You felt almost, mesmerised by him.
"Um hello?" You were curious at what this strange but handsome boy wanted.
He smiles "My names Kazuya Arai, I just wanted to introduce myself. Your names is Y/N L/N isn't it?" You hummed your response signifying to him that he was indeed correct.
