Cold Spring

Wangji along with Zixuan who is carrying a sulking Wuxian as she couldn't get them to let her go. "Let me go." sulked Wuxian for one last time. Zixuan and Wangji ignored her totally and continued walking towards the springs.

Wuxian pouted saying "Why are you two bullying me like this...."

Zixuan had enough and shouted at her "Would you shut up for a single moment!? We are doing this for your own good you idiot!"

Wuxian too snapped hearing it and said "And I'm saying that I'm good enough! Can't you get it through your thick head you moron!!"

And the two started bickering till they reached the edge of the cold spring and Wangji stood beside them and turned his head in their direction to Zixuan who immediately gave his attention to him ignoring Wuxian again.

"Drop her in." said Wangji making Wuxian to put a stop to her complaints and look forward to see that they were at the edge of the ice cold spring.

"Sure." said Zixuan making Wuxian's eyes go wide and before she could even open her mouth she felt her back touch the cold water and she fell in the water.

Wuxian quickly took her head out the water and yelled at the two standing statues infront of her warming herself by hugging herself "You two! How could you two throw me into this cold water like this!!"

Wangji and Zixuan both maintained silence while Zixuan went to sit on a near by flat rock and Wangji joined Wuxian into the water without removing his robes.

"Great. You two throwed me into this ice cold water and now choosing to ignore me, is this really fair with me!?" exclaimed Wuxian pouting.

"Then is it fair to take a injustified punishment for yourself?" asked Zixuan trying not too snap at Wuxian.

"It is better than having all those disciples get the same thing right..." said Wuxian still pouting as she walked closer to where Wangji is trying to warm herself by hugging herself.

Hearing this Zixuan felt like he is gonna explode any moment if Wuxian continues to talk like that, so he came to a conclusion and stood up saying "I'm getting out of here!"

With that Zixuan walked away leaving Wangji and Wuxian alone.

Wuxian ignored Zixuan and went beside Wangji who's eyes were closed as he relaxed in the ice-cold water. Wuxian admired Wangji's features as she stood beside him with a smile but immedoately averted her gaze and turned her face to other side blushing when Wangji opened his eyes.

Wangji saw Wuxian beside him as he opened his eyes and called her "Wei Ying?"

Wuxian calmed herself and faced Wangji responding "Yes Lan Zhan?"

"Are okay with me being here with you like this?" asked Wangji taking a min to collect his words.

Wuxian chuckled at his question and said with a playful smile "Lan Zhan are you really asking me this? We are gonna be wife and husband in a few months period and I think it should be normal for couples to do stuff together. And we are wearing our robes right? Lan Zhan~ Are you thinking about something embarrassing seeing me like this.'
