"Every year, my entire family gets together for one day exactly one week before Christmas. Everyone always has plans for Christmas so we do it a week before. It's like a family reunion, and everyone lives in the state, so it's easy for them to get here. We all get together in some snow and have snowball fights, make forts, and even do a gift exchange. It's really fun, and we can bring our girlfriends and wives, so I want to take you." He informs me.

"Aww! This sounds so fun!" I say loudly. Suddenly, I hear a yip from the back. I look over to Sean who smiles knowingly and look back. In a tiny crate, I see a little dog who wags it's tail with it's mouth open staring at me. It lets out another little yip and puts it's front paws on the crate trying to get out.

"The exchange gifts are always pretty big, so I wanted to up the ante this year. Her name is Oreo. Obviously because her coat is black and white." He says. My smile grows even wider and I stare at Oreo.

"Pull over!" I say enthusiastically. He does as I say immediately pulling to the side of the road smiling. I run out to the back of the car and open the trunk. Oreo waits for me, running in circles and barking. I open her crate and pull her out to go sit back in the front.

She lays on my lap calming down despite her still wagging tail. "Breed?" I ask Sean as he starts driving again.

"Papillon actually. Which is weird that she's calming down. She never does for me." He says frowning.

"Because I'm a dog whisperer." I joke. He puts on music and I end up humming the music on our way.

"How much longer?" I ask impatiently. To this, Oreo looks up at me letting her mouth open with a wagging tail and her ears perk up. I coo at how cute she is and pet her as I wait for his answer.

"We're actually here." He says. I smile and open the door as he parks. I step into the white growing fluff and my eyes grow wide. I take a step hearing a satisfying crunch under my foot and my smile also grows.

I hear crunching steps beside me, but ignore them to look up into the sky at the falling snowflakes. I suddenly feel arms wrap around my waist and a chin on my shoulder. I also ignore this and continue to stare.

"Never seen snow before?" He asks quietly. I shake my no as a reply and look back down to see the snowflakes add to the snow. "Aww, I'm glad I'll be here for your first experience." He says just as quiet as before.

He pulls away and hooks a leash on Oreo letting her walk in the snow. She's so light that she doesn't fall through. I take her leash and start walking through the snow, my smile growing each time I hear the crunch.

I feel a hand pull at mine and gladly take it. I look to my side to see a grinning Sean. The two of us walk inside the cabin, me stopping every once in a while to bend down and feel the soft snow numb my fingertips.

We walk inside to a warm and inviting house that is crammed with people. The cabin is big, but clearly not big enough for his family. I pick up Oreo in fear of her being stomped on and look around.

"Sean!" An older woman walks up to us and gives Sean a sloppy kiss on the cheek. She looks over at me giving a warm smile. "He's told me about you." She also gives me a sloppy kiss leaving me with a dumbfounded expression. She laughs at me and walks away calling another relative.

"That's nana."

For the next couple hours, we walk around greeting random relatives, only a couple not knowing me. I end up getting a blanket and wrapping up Oreo, who falls asleep in it by the way.

We are talking to his older brother now who seems really nice and pretty good looking if you ask me. A woman walks up on a big stage in the front and starts talking to us. It's Sean's grandma, nana.
