In June 2367, in the cafeteria of the University of Dar es Salaam, a man with a thin body and dark skin was hiding in a corner, wearing an invisibility cloak. The university was located in Tanzania, East Africa.

The man hiding in the corner was called Amandine, and he came from the future world three hundred years later. A year ago, he had said goodbye to his wife and two lovely sons and embarked on a journey alone. His purpose was to find someone who could help him build a time machine so that he could return to the future, where his family awaited. From his appearance, this person looked to be only in his twenties, but he was actually a middle-aged man of fifty-one years old, thanks to technology from the future. He had been in this university for three days. He had been there before and worked as a kitchen helper in the cafeteria. This time, he revisited the old place to find people with high IQs, but unfortunately, after three days, he still found nothing. "It's really hard to find someone as smart as my dad in this world!" He could only make such a judgment.

Coming out of the cafeteria, taking off his cloak, he walked a few steps and a man saw him and screamed: "Amandine, when did you come back?" The man was a chef, short and fat, which seemed to be an occupational disease for all chefs.

"Feynman, you should lose weight; if you eat more, you will become a ball," Amandine said.

Feynman squeezed a smile from his fat face and said nonchalantly: "Come on, come to my house. Are you married? If not, I will introduce my daughter to you."

"Ah! Your daughter is not married yet?" Amandine looked surprised.

Feynman sighed and said, "Oh! If she got married, would I still be so worried?"

Amandine didn't think so in his heart, "You are so fat because of worry?"

Feynman put his arm around Amandine's shoulder and said, "Let's go, my future son-in-law."

Amandine couldn't refuse the kindness and had no better place to go, so he followed him. Feynman's house was not far from the school. The two of them walked out of the school gate and turned two corners to get there. The first thing they saw was a garden surrounded by a fence, which was full of various flowers, vegetables, and fruits. A white cat jumped up in surprise when the two of them came in and just happened to hit a branch, and milky white juice gushed out from the cross-section of the green branch. There were more than a dozen chickens foraging in the open space on the other side. What interested Amandine most was the woman sitting under the shade of the tree, reading a book with her head down. Although her face could not be seen, she looked pretty good.

"Is that your daughter?" he asked.

"Yes, how is she? Not bad?" Feynman said with a smile.

The woman who was reading a book heard someone talking and raised her head. "Wow! No wonder she can't get married, she is really unattractive." This was Amandine's first thought after seeing her.

The woman had a wide forehead, no eyebrows, thick lips, small eyes, and half a tooth could be revealed when her mouth was closed, just like a character in a cartoon. She had wrinkles on her face and looked nearly 40 years old. Seeing the stranger, she asked, "Dad, who is this person?"

Feynman introduced with a smile, "His name is Amandine, he is my former colleague."

"Amandine? Is he the one who was with Norforth?" the woman asked in surprise.

"Yes, that's him!"

Amandine's face sank when he heard Norforth's name, "Why? You know him too?"

"Of course I know, he is the founder of the city-state. It's strange if you don't know him," the woman replied.

"What is he? If it weren't for my dad helping him, he would be nothing." The woman heard that there was something behind this and became curious, "What's going on? Tell me quickly."

Feynman was also very interested, with an expectant expression on his face, but unfortunately, he didn't hear a response after waiting for a long time. Amandine was annoyed at this time and wanted to turn around and leave.

"Why? You want to leave just after you get here," Feynman stopped her and said.

Amandine suddenly changed his face and said sternly, "Are you looking for death?"

Feynman saw the other party's knife-like eyes and took a step back in fear. After Amandine left, the woman said, "Dad, this man is so scary. Don't get involved with him in the future. He's too scary!"

Feynman nodded in agreement and didn't answer.

After Amandine came out, he didn't know where to go for a while. He thought he should go back to school first, but halfway through, a young woman with a baby in her arms came to him, "Sir, please have pity on me, can you give me some food?"

"I don't have any food. I only have two hundred shillings, do you want it?"

"Thank you so much! Can you help me hold the baby again? I'll go buy some food," the young mother took the money and asked with a pleading look.

"You really don't know how to be polite!" Amandine smiled. After obtaining consent, the young mother handed the baby over. She took two steps and glanced back. Amandine happened to see her eyes, "Why does she look so sad?"

Just when he was about to shout, the other party had already walked away quickly. It's better to be a good person and help her. Twenty minutes passed, and the young mother still hadn't come back. He was dissatisfied. This woman was going too far. She took the money and didn't care about the baby?

Then he remembered that he hadn't seen the baby's face because it was covered by a tattered headscarf. When he opened it and saw it, he was so scared that he almost let go. The face was too unappealing, with all the facial features squeezed together and the nose collapsed. Amandine couldn't help shouting, "Oh my God, what happened today? I met some unappealing creatures."

Another half an hour passed, and he still couldn't wait for the woman. He was anxious and turned around. If the woman didn't come back in another five minutes, he would throw the baby away. He was determined to do so. It was said to be five minutes, but he waited for more than an hour. "Forget it! I don't care anymore." He held the baby and prepared to find a place to leave this burden. Not long after walking, he saw a post office on the side of the road. He opened the door and saw that there was no one around, so he put the baby in the corner of the booth. Then he turned and left, thinking as he walked: "Kid, don't blame me, your mother doesn't want you, so I can't do anything about it."

As he was walking, he suddenly felt uncomfortable in his stomach. He hurried back to school, put on his cloak, and prepared to go to the women' s bathroom to relieve himself. He always felt that it would be cleaner there. When he entered, he found that this place was not much different from the men's bathroom. He couldn't be picky anymore, otherwise, he would have to poop in his pants. He found an empty space and squatted down. "Boom, boom, boom!" After a while, just as he was about to stand up and pull up his pants, a girl came in and saw that there was no one in his stall, so she walked directly towards this side. One of them was about to stand up, and the other was about to unzip her pants and squat down. With a "bang", the two of them collided like Mars hitting the Earth, and Amandine's head just hit the girl's butt. He screamed strangely and fell into the stall. The girl heard the cry of "weird uncle" and was so scared that she pulled up her pants and ran out, shouting as she ran, "Catch the hooligan!"

Amandine climbed out of the stall and ran out of the toilet. The first thing he did was to find a place to take a shower. After finally finding a bathroom, he washed off the urine smell on his body with water, stole a piece of clothing and put it on. After all this, he was hungry. He went into the kitchen to steal some food. It was almost dusk, and when he came out of the cafeteria, he was holding a greasy chicken drumstick in his hand.
