Once we got back to the hospital, everyone mostly either went to bed or played card games until 8pm.

I was one of the few playing card games. It was pretty fun, Angie, Me, and Ryoma won most matches, I knew I would but I didn't expect those two to also win.

When we all got up to go to our rooms, I got a text from Kaito, I don't even know how he got my number.

I stare at the text wondering what he could mean by serious. Is it about me and Shuichi? I can't really think of anything else. I respond back, typing quickly while entering my room.

I lay down on my bed and put my phone down next to me, looking at the ceiling.

I really can't think of anything he'd wanna talk about, so I decide to text Shuichi, maybe he told him about us? I thought we silently agreed to let them find out on their own but that could've just been me misunderstanding things.

It says he read it immediately, but it takes him awhile to respond. He said he normally has to "decipher" my texts because my bad spelling. I'm not even that bad at spelling I just type really fast so I don't know what he's yapping about.

I wake up at 1:20pm, and immediately remember what Kaito had said to me last night. I head to his room and knock on the door.

He opens the door after two knocks. "Hey Ouma!"

"Hey! Soo what's up?" I ask walking in and sitting on a chair.

His room is pretty nice, he has purple curtains like mine but they're more pinkish? Like a magenta.

"So. I was looking for my jacket that I had in the.. you know.. game. And while looking I found this person who claims to work in the company that the games are made by. They basically resell the original items we had in the game that weren't given to us for whatever reasons. I found my jacket, but I also found your scarf." He rants, pausing every so often.
