89~ The Promised Future

October 12th 2059
Ten years after Ray, Emma, Norman and the others reunited with y/n Ratri.

It was a crisp, chilly early morning in the snowy mountains of a lively little town. The golden sunlight beamed into a certain houses clear windows through its soft curtains.

The birds chirped, singing a song, the snowflakes danced elegantly in the air and small footsteps tiptoed, creaked gently against floorboards slowly reaching a large bedroom at the end of a pretty hallway full of paintings and vases flowers.

A familiar (h/c) haired woman slowly opened her eyes to be met with the beautiful sunshine pouring in her window. She smiled, embracing its beauty and warmth. She closed her eyes and turned to her side to hug the raven haired man who was fast asleep beside her. She ran her fingers through his soft hair effortlessly. Ray pulled his arm around her waist, holding her close. With a small smile she tried her best to fall asleep once again...only to be interrupted by the sounds of small giggles. She chuckled to herself as she rolled her eyes playfully. "I wonder who that could be..." she whispered with a giggle to her husband.

Suddenly two small children no older than six pounced onto the large soft bed, a girl with raven hair, strands falling infront of her face and (e/c) coloured eyes, and a little boy with (h/c) hair and forest green eyes. With beaming smiles across their faces they began to attack poor sleeping Ray with cardboard decorated swords. "Come on Dad wake up!!" The little girl laughed aloud, holding Rays face with her small hands.

"He's always so sleepy" the little boy sighed, hugging his mother as a way of saying good morning. "It's still very early, Yugo" Y/n chuckled at her children's actions, the little
boy sighed, not impressed with his mothers response. "Your dad was up late last night working, give him a break" she told the twins. "Hmm...too bad it's nobody's birthdays today...I was going to make some pancakes but I guess I'll sleep in instead" Ray slowly opened his eyes with a smirk on his face.

"Hey it's our birthday today!!" The little girl gasped. "You better make me pancakes with strawberries Dad or... I'll fight you!!" the young boy jokingly threatened Ray, holding his cardboard sword to the raven haired man's head.

Ray slowly sat up, rubbing his hand down his face. "Hmm...How old are you again? Oh I remember...it's your third birthday today, right?" He teased, wrapping his arm around his wife's shoulder. "No Daddy we are six today!" His young daughter giggled, hugging him tightly. "I'm only messing Isabella don't worry" he kissed her head.

"Let's go downstairs, there might be a surprise for you two in the living room" y/n said with a smile. "Really?!" The two young kids jumped off their parent's bed. "Mhm" the (h/c) haired woman nodded. "But you have to close your eyes alright?" Asked Ray as the couple got out of bed. The twins nodded, covering their eyes with their hands they slowly made their way downstairs followed by Y/n and Ray.

The four reached their beautiful homely living room. There was an abundance of wrapped gifts placed on a table near the fire place and lots of different coloured balloons and confetti  thrown around the room. "You can open your eyes now" y/n said with her hands on her waist.

"Woah!!" "Look at all the presents!!" The two kids gasped in amazement as they ran to the table to open their gifts. Ray stood behind y/n wrapping his arms around her waist, he kissed her cheek and leaned his head on her shoulder. "I can't believe they're six already huh?" Y/n smiled lovingly at her children. "Time flies. It feels like yesterday they were just born" "This day fifteen years ago...me, Emma and Norman went to the gate at GraceFiled" y/n said aloud, remembering the troubles they all experienced.
"Fifteen years huh?"
