Sailor was restocking a shelf at the supermarket when she heard a baby crying. She looked over to see her mom standing there with Simon. Sailor was shocked to see her mom standing there with a crying Simon on her hip. She couldn't leave him with Mrs. Lane because she had work and she didn't want to bother anyone else so she didn't have a choice but to leave him with their mom.

"I need you to take him. He won't stop crying." Beatrice said, hurrying over to her daughter.

"What? Mom, no, I can't. I'm working." She replied, flabbergasted.

"Well, I can't watch him." Her mother stated as she shoved him into her arms, causing Salior to stumble a little.

"Mom." But she was already walking off. Salior looked down at Simon, who was still crying in her arms. "Hey buddy, it's okay." She soothed him, but he wouldn't stop crying. Salior internally started to  freak out as she looked around the store, seeing a few customers look in her direction. But she just hurried to the break room.

She kept rocking him back and forth trying to soothe him, when she figured he was probably hungry, so she went and paid for some baby food and started to feed him and he instantly started to calm down.

Sailor just smiled at him as he ate his food, her thoughts going to her mother and how she didn't even feed him.

"Ms. Kalivoda." Salior tensed up hearing her bosses voice, so she slowly turned around to look at him.

"Mr. Harris, I can explain." She started.

"Look, kid, I've told you you couldn't bring him here. What did I tell you would happen the next time he was here?" He asked, causing Saliors eyes to widen and stand up with Simon in her arms.

"Sir, please, my mom just brought him here. I-she wouldn't take no for an answer, please don't fire me I need this job." She begged, and Mr. Harris could see how desperate she was and let out a sigh.

"Okay, I'll tell you what. You have someone come pick him up, and you can keep your job." He replied, and Salior let out a breath of relief. "Besides, maybe one day he'll follow in your footsteps and be as good as an employee as you." He teased, causing her to smile.

"Thank you." She said, and he nodded and walked out just as Salior walked over to the phone and dialed a number that she knew by heart. After a couple of rings, someone picked up.

"Slater residents, Tommy speaking." Tommy said through the phone, and Salior let out a sigh.

"Hey, Tommy, it's Salior." Salior said, and Tommy was confused.

"Shouldn't you be working?" He asked, knowing she shouldn't be on break just yet.

"Umm, yeah." She closed her eyes for a second. "My mom dropped off Simon, and I need someone to pick him up." She replied.

"I'll be there in a minute." He said, not even giving her a chance to say anything else.

"Thank you." She said and hung up the phone and turned to look at Simon. "I guess you're going to be spending the day with Tommy." She added, and he just smiled.

Salior was tickling Simon when she heard someone clear their throat. She looked behind her to see Tommy standing there with a small smile on his face, and Salior smiled back at him, then back at Simon.

"Looks who's here." She said in a sweet tone, and she walked over to Tommy.

"Hey buddy." Tommy said, and Simon just smiled at him as he took him from Salior.

"Thanks again, and I'm sorry -" She was saying, but he cut her off.

"Hey, it's okay. I don't mind watching him, okay?" He tucked some hair behind her ear and pulled her into a kiss. "Besides, I think it's time for Simon and I to have a boys' day, isn't that right, buddy?" He asked, looking at Simon, and Simon just laughed.
