Sailor walked into the Salter home, with Simon on her hip a thing of soda and pizza in her hand.
"Here, let me take him." Tommy said as he grabbed Simon from her.
"Thanks." She said as she walked into the kitchen seeing Jeremy sitting at the table doing his homework.
Jeremy is a kid that Tommy babysits sometimes, and he's also going to camp with them for the first time.
"Sailor, hi." Jeremy said as he fixed his glasses a little.
"Hey, Jeremy. You hungry I brought pizza would you like some?" Salior asked with a smile on her face.
"Yes, please." Jeremy replied just as Tommy walked in with Simon walking behind him.
Tommy walked over to Salior as she was pulling some plates out. He put his hands gently on her waist and kissed her cheek.
"Thanks for bringing the pizza." He said, and she just shrugged.
"No problem," She handed him the plates and walked over to the table to take Jeremy's math textbook from him. "You can finish after you eat." She pointed out, causing the kid to nod.
"Yes, ma'am." He said, and Salior walked off to put the textbook away.
When Salior walked back in, she heard Jeremy laughing up a storm.
"What's so funny?" She asked curiously. She watched as Jeremy's eyes drifted over at Tommy, who was gently shaking his head no.
"Umm, he might have said you were demanding." Jeremy slowly said, causing Salior to look over at Tommy, who just sheepishly smiled.
"The kids lying." Tommy lied in a joking manner.
"What? No, I'm not, I would never lie to Salior." Jeremy pointed out.
"Yeah, he would never lie to me. You, on the other hand." Salior crossed her arms and gave him a pointed look as she walked closer to him. "How many times have I told you not to call me demanding?" She asked, and Tommy just tilted his head in fake wonder.
"I don't know what you're talking about." He said, and Salior just shook her head with a small laugh and went to walk away, but Tommy grabbed her and threw her over his shoulder.
"Tommy!" Salior squealed with a smile on her face as he ran into the living room.
When he got in there, he tossed her on the couch and started to tickle her. Salior tried to hold in her laugh, but she couldn't help it as it escaped past her lips.
"Just admit that you're a tad bit demanding, and I'll stop." He said, but she just shook her head as she looked up at him.
"Never." She laughed, Jeremy walked into the living room laughing at the couple, and Simon was standing next to him. Salior looked over and could see him standing there. "Don't just stand there. Help me." She said in between laughs.
Jeremy ran over to them and tackled Tommy off. Tommy dramatically fell over, causing Jeremy to laugh.
"Jeremy, you betrayed me." Tommy gasped as he put his hand to his chest and fell off the couch.
Sailor watched as he fell down. She laughed and shook her head and couldn't but wonder why she loved that weirdo so much.
Once Tommy was fully on the floor, Simon jumped on him and let out his little baby giggle. Tommy looked at him and smiled.
That's when Salior remembered that that's the reason why she loved him so much.
"My boys love me, what can I say." Salior said with a shrug as she messed up Jeremy's hair and walked off.
