After a week

Taehyung sat in the meeting room of the mansion, looking weary as he held his baby daughter, Lily, on his lap. Her small fingers clung to him, bringing him a sense of peace and comfort in the midst of turmoil.

"Sir, we found him. We found the person who k*lled our master, Jeon Jeongguk," said a serious person in the dark. Four other guards, their faces hidden in the masks, stood silently, showing how serious the situation was.

Taehyung looked up, his eyes filled with anger that had been brewing since the day his lover, Jeongguk, was killed. "Who did it?" he asked angrily, his voice harsh, contrasting with his usual calm attitude.

Kim Minho, Jeongguk's trusted lieutenant, stepped forward, his shoulders heavy with the weight of his revelation.

"He is Kang Junho, also a mafia boss. He was a business partner of Jeongguk, and during that time, he used to visit Junho's daughter, Minnie. She... she was deeply in love with Jeongguk, and he... he slept with her. She was so smitten with him, but in the end, master Jeongguk left her. He was only playing with her, using her and then discarding her once he was bored."

Taehyung's eyes widened, hearing this totally unexpected news.

"Minnie... she killed herself after master left her, and from that day on, Kang Junho swore revenge," Minho continued, his voice raspy with emotion. "He was waiting for the perfect moment, and he found it."

Taehyung paused for a second.

"Bring Junho to me," Taehyung commanded, his voice steady yet laced with intensity. The guards bowed and swiftly exited the room.

Taehyung's gaze shifted, landing on Jungkook, who stood confidently at the threshold, arms folded and leaning against the door frame. He wore a red half-sleeve t-shirt paired with grey sweatpants, exuding a casual defiance.

"What are you planning now?" Jungkook asked, stepping further into the room, curiosity dancing in his eyes.Taehyung leaned forward, a determined glint sparking in his eyes. "What else would I want? Simple, I want to k*ll him."A chuckle escaped Jungkook's lips, amusement mingling with disbelief.

"You didn't hear what Minho said. Jeongguk made Minnie k*ll herself. Poor girl couldn't handle the thought of Jeongguk playing with her feelings and leaving her like she is nothing but a toy to play." Jungkook said.

"Still, he has no right to k*ll him," Taehyung retorted, frustration creeping into his tone. "It's not like Jeongguk killed her himself; it was her who couldn't cope with heartbreak."

"But he was still the reason for her death," Jungkook countered, a hint of empathy threading through his voice.

Taehyung's expression hardened as he stared at Jungkook, disbelief clouding his features.

"You know, Jungkook, I once thought Jeongguk was the most heartless person. But now I see who is truly heartless. Jeongguk was your brother, and you don't even seem sad or willing to take action against Junho for what he did."

"Well, I know who is most heartless here, Taehyung." Jungkook forced a smile, but it lacked sincerity, his face blank as he turned to leave the room, fury radiating off him.

Next day

"Where are you going?" Jungkook asked as he descended the stairs and caught sight of Taehyung in a black pantsuit, handing his baby off to the maid. Hearing Jungkook's voice from behind, Taehyung scoffed in frustration.

"If you don't want to come, I'm not forcing you, but let me complete my revenge," Taehyung said, turning around to face Jungkook. The maid had already left with little Lily.

"I told you not to take matters into your own hands. There's Jeongguk's fault too. He k*lled his daughter, and Junho, in turn, took his life. It's over now," Jungkook said, his expression serious.

"Are you crazy? Who told you that Jeongguk k*lled her? She hung herself alone; there's no fault of Jeongguk's in this. Junho was sick, and today I will confront him," Taehyung said with desperation and a broken voice as he began to walk away.

Just as Taehyung started to move, Jungkook approached him and harshly grabbed his wrist, forcing him to turn around. "I warned you not to harm Mr. Junho. Minho told you an incomplete story," Jungkook said firmly as Taehyung swiftly snatched his hands from Jungkook's grip and looked back at him.

Emotions ran high as Taehyung struggled with his grief and desire for revenge, while Jungkook attempted to diffuse the escalating situation.

"It was Jeongguk who k"lled her. Minnie was already pregnant with his child and asking him to marry her, but Jeongguk wasn't interested in her; he was only using her for her body. That's why he k*lled her. If you don't trust me, then check her postmortem report, and you'll see evidence of her pregnancy," Jungkook explained. Taehyung's eyes widened in shock at the revelation.

"When did this happen?" Taehyung asked, now looking deeply curious and eager to understand the full extent of the tragic events that had taken place.

"It was during the time when he saw you at that club, all drunk, you misunderstood him, thinking he was me. He fell for you, and she was the one caught between Jeongguk and you. So he ended her. Then, it was me who was in the middle of you two, so he sent me into a coma as well," Jungkook explained, revealing a shocking and complex web of events that had unfolded.

"If you can't believe that Jeongguk k!lled her, at least consider how he attacked me and put me into a coma, even though I was his own twin brother," Jungkook added, his voice heavy with emotion and hurt.

On the other hand, Taehyung was left speechless and stunned by the disturbing revelations and the intricate layers of betrayal and tragedy that had been uncovered.

"But yesterday you said she k;lled herself because she couldn't handle the thoughts of Jeongguk leaving her after being bored of her", Taehyung questioned curiously.

"Yes I said it because I didn't want you to know the whole disgusting truth about Jeongguk and your husband and father of your baby but now seeing you aiming to kill Junho I want you to know the whole Truth that's it", Jungkook said.
