29: Decease to the shit queen

Once the two of them rested for a bit and had gotten dressed, they were called to dinner with Julian's parents. Julian sat with Ria beside him, Julian's mother wasn't happy that the brunette female had passed the trial and was beside her son. She wanted the princess gone, she wanted someone who was less intelligent than herself to be with her son. But seeing that her son had fallen in love with someone who was smarter than her-pissed her off so much. During dinner Julian's father talked with Ria which Ria was more than happy to talk to the elder male.

The duo talked about the ten years that Julian was around her for and what happened for those years. Ria was precise and didn't ramble on with what happened between the two of them when Julian had tutored her. The king was most impressed hearing that most of what Ria knew was because of his son. After ten minutes of hearing the two of them go back and forth the queen had enough and stabbed her food with her fork.

"THAT IS ENOUGH! I DO NOT WANT TO HEAR ANOTHER THING COMING FROM THAT BRAT'S MOUTH ABOUT OUR SON! THIS IS JUST UNFAIR! WHY ARE YOU ALLOWING SOMEONE LIKE HER AROUND OUR SON?!"

The king looked at the queen with an unamused look upon his face. "I am aware you are jealous about the fact that our son has gained a woman of knowledge at his side, but you could have changed that while you've been here with me. You chose not to do anything about the lack of intellect that you have. That is on you for not being as smart as the woman who has captured our sons heart. If all you are going to do is be a bitchy adult child about the situation I have no trouble allowing the princess of Santa-maria give you just what you deserve for threatening her earlier this afternoon."

The Queen got up and glared at the princess. "I dare you to lift a damn finger at me."

Ria didn't move "My lord...do I have permission to act out against your wife?" Ria asked as she placed her fork and knife down

"You do, she has done this to herself."

Ria was quick to move from where she was to behind the queen as her scythe detached the queens head from her body. The queens body fell to the ground as Ria was covered in blood as was her scythe. She made her scythe disappear and looked at the king "With this done, either you tell your people that your queen acted against me and I killed her in an act of protection from her or this will be seen as an act against your kingdom which will be the start of a war." Ria said seriously

The king nodded his head and got up. "I will let it be known that you acted in the way you did to protect yourself, my wife had no reason to be hostile towards you. I merely ask that within a week time you marry my son so I may retire."

"I can do that sir." She said with a nod of her head 

Julian got up and went up to Ria "Let's get you washed up and get new clothes on you sweet heart."

"Of course Julian." Ria said with a nod of her head

The two of them left the dining room and he took her to a bathroom that was off of the room they had been in previously. Julian said nothing to her as he stripped her of the clothes that she wore, as she slipped into the bath that he ran for her, he ran his hand through her hair softly. 

"I apologize for how things have been here for you darling, I never thought my mother would act the way she had toward you Ria." Julian said after a bit of silence between the two of them

"I can only imagine what you're going through having to see your mother die by the hands of your lover like that."

Julian said nothing to her as he chose to push her head down into the water drowning the princess in the water as he had dark intent in his eyes. Once the princesses body stopped moving he removed his hand only to see that it wasn't truly the princess that it was a copy of her. What he had seen was merely a double ganger of the woman. The double ganger was made out of a tree log that floated with a wig of her brown hair. 

"Shit!"

He got up and left the room only to see the face of Salem who growled out angered. "You have failed the princesses test, I will return now to my master. I will let her know that war shall ensue with this kingdom. I hope you are happy with your choices."

The cat then disappeared without a trace. Julian cursed under his breath as he went to where his father was. "Father-I fucked up." He said scared

"What do you mean? What did you do?!"

"The princess has always had trust issues-I knew that from the get-go she never trusted her family or I when she knew who she truly was. I disliked that she had with no remorse killed mother, so...while she bathed I drowned her. But it wasn't the real her! It was a copy, it is something that kingdom is known for doing due to the queens ability to know magic. Her youngest daughter was the quickest to obtain that power and be able to prove herself a princess of Santa-Maria. She had been testing me to see what I would do and I failed that test. Because of that fuck up we will be at war soon with the kingdom of Santa-maria. We don't stand a fucking chance! Just with the royal family alone they can screw this kingdom up ten times over."

"Then you personally need to fix this issue. This is not something I personally can fix-only you can fix what you've done."

"Shit...But it takes days to get to Santa-maria! How the hell am I supposed to get there?!"

"I believe I can be of assistance." Amaya said annoyed with her arms crossed behind the prince

"shit! Q-Queen Amaya...I-I can explain."

"Save your shit boy! I trusted you with my youngest and for what?! For you to want to kill her for protecting herself! Do you love that bitch you called a mother so damn much that you'd risk the life of the woman you swore up and down that you'd love and protect?!" Amaya growled out angered

Julian looked down ashamed "N-No..."

"Then why?! Why would you try to kill my daughter?! She was right to send her clone instead of coming here herself! All of Santa-Maria's royals have been able to see what you've done to that poor girls clone! Ria has closed herself off from everyone, her room has become a dark hole of nothingness because of what you've made her feel like to you! She truly loved and cared you and for what?! Just to get bent over and fucked over like she meant nothing!" Amaya shouted angered "My daughter will not be in the war that will ensue but the rest of her siblings have vowed to protect their precious baby sister, you will regret doing what you have. I promise you that you will regret with every fiber of your being what you've done to my precious baby girl!"

Julian teared up and knew that he couldn't get out of what he had done to the princess now. Amaya then looked at the King. "You should have held your wife's tongue better, this is on you as much as is it on your son. If you wish to call yourself a king you need to be more stern. You are a coward to allow people to take care of things for you. Not to mention allow your knights to point their weapons at a royal from out of this kingdom. You will regret the hostile welcome you've given my daughter. Farewell-We will meet again on the battle field children."

Amaya then disappeared from the throne room and Julian fell to the ground as he placed his hands over his face. "R-Ria...I'm so sorry." He sobbed out in regret
