Two days after the intense family dinner, Oh Haewon was preparing for another significant event—an official dinner between his family and the Morrow family. He stood in his spacious apartment, specifically in his walk-in wardrobe, meticulously selecting the perfect outfit. The occasion demanded formality, but he wanted to maintain a sense of personal style.

After trying on several combinations, Haewon finally decided on a black shirt paired with matching black trousers, complemented by a grey blazer. The ensemble struck the right balance between formality and elegance. Satisfied with his choice, he moved to his mirror to tidy up his short hair. Despite his reluctance about the arranged marriage, Haewon knew that as the sole heir to Oh Legacy Corporation, he had to uphold a polished image.

Once ready, Haewon gave himself one last look in the mirror, adjusting his blazer and ensuring every detail was perfect. With a deep breath, he left his apartment, locking the door behind him. He walked briskly to the garage where his sleek black Mercedes-Benz AMG GT awaited. Sliding into the driver's seat, he started the engine, the powerful roar echoing through the garage.

As he drove through the bustling streets of Seoul, his mind was filled with conflicting thoughts. The gravity of the evening's meeting weighed heavily on him. He was about to meet Lily Morrow, the woman his parents had chosen for him. While he resented the idea of an arranged marriage, he was determined to approach the situation with an open mind, if only to fulfill his family duties.

In his way through the bustling streets of Seoul towards the upscale restaurant where the dinner was to take place, his mind wandered to the eldest daughter of the Morrow family. He had done some research on Lily Morrow and discovered that she was a year older than him. Her reputation as a socialite, frequenting parties and high-society events, was well-known.

While Haewon couldn't deny Lily's striking beauty—her Korean and Australian heritage gave her an alluring, exotic appearance with her sharp nose and delicate features—he was skeptical about her personality. He preferred women who were calm and composed, qualities he doubted Lily possessed given her lifestyle.

As Haewon arrived at the upscale restaurant, the evening sky was already dark, and the city's lights flickered all around. He parked his car in the valet area, handing over the keys to the attendant with a polite nod. The luxurious ambiance of the restaurant was evident as he stepped inside, greeted by a warm, subdued glow from chandeliers and the soft murmur of patrons engaged in quiet conversation.

A courteous waiter approached Haewon and, recognizing his name, immediately offered to guide him to the private dining room where his family and the Morrows were waiting. The waiter mentioned that everyone had already arrived and was waiting for him. Haewon acknowledged this with a composed smile, though inside, he could feel a slight tension building. This meeting was pivotal, and he wanted to make a good impression despite his reservations about the arranged marriage.

As he walked through the elegant corridors of the restaurant, his mind raced with thoughts of the evening ahead. He took deep breaths, reminding himself to stay calm and composed. Arriving at the ornate wooden door of the private dining room, Haewon paused briefly, straightened his blazer, and adjusted his cuffs. He then gently knocked on the door, signaling his arrival.

Upon opening the door, Haewon was met with the sight of both families seated around a large, beautifully set dining table. The room was tastefully decorated, exuding an air of exclusivity and sophistication. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oh, sat with composed expressions, while Mr. and Mrs. Morrow were engaged in a light conversation. The atmosphere was warm but carried a palpable sense of seriousness.

His mother, Mrs. Oh, was the first to greet him with a warm smile. "Haewon, we're glad you could make it," she said, her voice filled with affection.

Haewon bowed respectfully to both families, saying, "I apologize for being a bit late. The traffic was heavier than usual."
