——I was bored, just moved into my new dorm so I decided to post one more chapter ——

The sun filtered through the canopy of leaves, casting dappled shadows on the forest floor as Alex and Stiles walked side by side. The air was crisp and fresh, carrying the scent of pine and earth. It had been months since the upheaval that had changed their lives, and today, they sought solace in the tranquility of nature.

Alex glanced at Stiles, a soft smile playing on his lips. "It's peaceful here, isn't it?" he said, his voice barely above a whisper.

Stiles nodded, his eyes scanning the surroundings. "Yeah, it is. I'm glad we decided to come out here."

They continued walking in comfortable silence for a while, the sound of their footsteps mingling with the rustling leaves. Eventually, they reached a small clearing, bathed in the golden light of the afternoon sun. Alex stopped and turned to face Stiles, his expression thoughtful.

"You know," Alex began, "I've been thinking a lot about everything that's happened. Being claimed by both the Dark and the Light... it's never happened before. I'm still trying to figure out what it all means and how I'm supposed to deal with it."

Stiles stepped closer, his gaze steady and filled with warmth. "You don't have to figure it out all on your own, Alex. I'm here with you, every step of the way. We'll figure it out together."

Alex's eyes softened, gratitude evident in his expression. "Thank you, Stiles. I don't know what I'd do without you."

Stiles reached up, gently brushing a strand of hair from Alex's face. "You won't ever have to find out. We're in this together, remember?"

Alex smiled, feeling a weight lift off his shoulders. "Yeah, together."

They stood there for a moment, the connection between them palpable. Stiles's eyes drifted to Alex's, noticing the unique blend of colors. One eye a striking brown, the other a deep, mesmerizing red.

"I love the colors of your eyes," Stiles said softly. "They're a reminder of everything you've been through and how strong you are."

Alex blushed slightly, looking down at the ground. "Sometimes, I feel like I'm still learning how to balance it all."

Stiles cupped Alex's cheek, lifting his gaze. "You're doing an amazing job. And no matter what, nothing can keep us apart. Not even magic."

Alex's heart swelled with emotion. He leaned in closer, his forehead resting against Stiles's. "I don't know what I did to deserve you."

Stiles chuckled softly. "I could say the same thing about you."

Their breaths mingled, the world around them fading into the background. Alex's eyes fluttered closed as Stiles pressed his lips to his in a tender, lingering kiss. It was a kiss filled with promise, with the strength of their bond and the unspoken understanding that they would always have each other.

When they finally pulled apart, Alex felt a sense of peace wash over him. "I love you, Stiles," he whispered, his voice filled with sincerity.

Stiles's eyes sparkled with affection. "I love you too, Alex. Always."

Hand in hand, they continued their walk through the forest, the bond between them growing stronger with each step. They had faced darkness and uncertainty, but together, they were unstoppable. Their love was a beacon of light guiding them through any challenges that lay ahead.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting the forest in a soft, dusky glow, Alex and Stiles knew that no matter what the future held, they would face it side by side. And in that moment, they were content, knowing that their love would endure all things.
