"Well that was something." Alisa said, as the lift made its way down to the lowest floor, where we had parked.

"Oh it was terrible." I muttered, as Grayson's hand held the small of my back.

"There have been worse interviews." He said encouragingly, though I knew he had found it terrible.

The interviewer had been getting on our nerves, as he kept asking inappropriate questions and ignoring our pleas to change the topics to something else.

I had never felt as violated as I felt during that interview. It went downhill quickly and I was about to explode, whilst Grayson rushed us out, that he had to shut me up by kissing me.

"Sorry about almost bursting." I looked up at him, as he chuckled.

"Honestly, I would've let you, but you wouldn't have appreciated it. I would've been quite supportive of you yelling at that man." Grayson shook his head with a laugh.

The lift door opened and we quickly made our way to the SUVs. We all got in and drove through the crowds off paparazzi stationed at different corners around the news stations many buildings.

I couldn't believe what was about to be published online. The worst interview that had ever been released was going to go live in under twenty minutes.

"How has your relationship been since going public?" Reece questioned, as I looked away from the camera and back at our interviewer.

With a smile I carefully chose my words: "We've been getting used to the public being aware of our relationship. Obviously at the start we had a rough patch, where we weren't sure if we had made the right decision. However, in the end we're glad we posted about it ourselves before paparazzi figured it out, as it let us have some control of the public finding out and how they viewed our relationship."

Grayson nodded and smiled at me, agreeing with what I had said.

"Thank you, Ms. Cege. Now, Mr. Hawthorne, is it difficult to be in a relationship with someone who was a part of you being disinherited by your grandfather?" Reece spoke, clearly a smugness to his voice.

Grayson's jaw tightened, as he shook his head.

"It's not difficult or anything of the sort. Lieta had nothing to do with the situation and after realising this, I didn't hold a grudge against her. It would've been illogical to do so. She had nothing to do with it-"

"But was it hard at the start?" Reece interrupted Grayson's speech. I inhaled a sharp breath, knowing Grayson hated being interrupted, especially when someone was trying to find a crack.

"As I was saying, no it was not. Lieta had nothing to do with my disinheritance. She didn't know my grandfather." Grayson finished, trying to hide his annoyance.

"Is there a grudge against Ms. Grambs?" Reece questioned.

"Not at all." Grayson said flatly. I went and grasped his hand. I could hear Evelyn telling us it didn't matter whether for show or not.

"Now, this is for the both of you. Skye Hawthorne and Ricky Grambs have been spotted together rather often in the past month. Why are you avoiding getting into contact with both of your parents?" Reece smiled innocently, though his intent was clear. Get the drama for the screen.
