Catching up before the fight

[scene: Occult Research club]

Rias's whole Peerage was in the old building which served as the Occult Research clubhouse. Everyone has just calm down from their excitement at seeing Akeno again. So they started asking her questions about what she has been up to. Akeno told them that Azazel way with helping her. By having her join, and work for, the Grigori. The group had different reactions, but in the end they were glad Akeno is alright.

Issei: Well is there anything else?

Akeno: Yes, I managed to make progress with my old friends.

The group lightened up upon hearing this. As this was one of the main reasons for Akeno joining the Grigori.

Asia: Well how did it go?

Akeno: Well my friendship with Nathanael, Semiramis and Albedo is now stable enough that, Semiramis and Albedo wants to girls day out to help further strengthen our old bond. Over then that I managed to get the approval of Nathanael, Semiramis and Albedo.

Rias: Wait doesn't that mean...

Akeno: Yeah, now I have their approval, I will get a chance to meet with (Y/n).

The peerage was happy that Akeno will now get a chance to try and make things right with (Y/n). The peerage then continued chatting before the tournament. Akeno then walks over to Rias and tapped on her shoulder.

Rias: Akeno? What up?

Akeno: Rias, can we talk, just us.

Rias knew that something must be on Akeno's mind, so the two walked into a different room.

Rias: Okay, what is on your mind Akeno.

Akeno: Before I say, I need to know if I can trust you to not tell anyone, anything about what I'm an about to say.

Rias: You have my word Akeno, as your friend, nothing of what you tell me will leave this room, without your permission.

Akeno: Good, well it's but what happened to me, when you and the others went to (Y/n)'s castle.

Akeno then tells Rias about her Fallen Angel side fighting against the manifestation of the queen evil piece in her subconscious. She also told her about what the evil piece was apparently doing and was trying to do. When Akeno finishes saying everything, she look at Rias to see that her friend has a troubled look on her face with some hints of confusion, which reinforce Akeno's assumption that Rias doesn't know about it.

Rias: I see, I understand you worry, before you say, I don't know anything about the creation of the evil piece was made. I know my brother and the other devil kings know. But I'm not sure about anyone else.

Akeno: I see, thank you Rias, this helped with some of my concerns.

Rias: No problem Akeno, now before we head back to join the others, did you tell anyone else?

Akeno: Only my father and my cousins. However my dad, brought this to Azazel and Nathanael attention, however we haven't learn anything as of yet, so their thinking of bringing this to (Y/n)'s attention to see if he knows anything.

Rias: I see. Well now, let's go join back with the others.

Both the king and queen of Rias's peerage then went back to the rest. After a short while the whole peerage was brought to the underworld. In a large room with other heirs of important devil clans. Beside from Rias, there was Sona Sitri from the Sitri clan, Diodora Astaroth from the Astaroth clan, Zephyrdor Glasya-Labolas from the Glasya-Labolas clan, Sairaorg Bael from the Bael clan and finally Seekvaira Agares from the Agares clan. Each of the heirs had their peerage with them. The 4 devil kings was also here, every was currently in a party room, to have a party before the tournament begins, given them a chance to see all the opponents and their peerages that will be competing in the tournament.

Akeno had a look around, she noticed Asia expression when she saw Diadora, Issei also noticed it as well, so as the party went on Issei stayed by Asia's side so she felt safe and comfortable.

[scene change: (Y/n)'s castle]

(Y/n) was sitting on his throne when the doors opened, he looked towards double doors to see his visitors. He had a smile on his face as Nathanael, Semiramis and Albedo walked towards him.

(Y/n): Ah, my friends how are you?

Nathanael: We are good, we came to let you know that Akeno will be competing in the youth devil tournament.

(Y/n): Is that so, well speaking of Akeno. I can guess. Why you three are here.

Semiramis: Not like you didn't already know the answer.

Albedo: Semi, (Y/n)'s visions are not always correct but most of the time they are. But back to you (Y/n), Akeno gained our approval. So after the tournament is over and me, Semi and Akeno have our girls day out, we'll bring Akeno to have her audience with you.

(Y/n): Well then, just as predicted. A way even things else.

Nathanael: Yes actually, it's regarding the evil piece system. However I think it's best if Akeno brings it to your attention.

(Y/n): I see, well I might as well go get ready.

With that (Y/n) got off his throne and begins to walk away

Nathanael: If I make ask, where are you going?

(Y/n): Well, Nathan, me and Bright Lord will be attending the tournament, so I'm going to get changed and ready. If you guys can't come, then you are more than welcome to watch the tournament in the common room.

Semiramis: Well then thank you for your hospitality (Y/n), I think will take you up on that offer.

Albedo: Before we do ca-

(Y/n): Yes, Albedo, you and Semiramis can bring your boyfriends over.

Both girls blushed as their friend just said that.

Semiramis: When did you...

(Y/n): I already know about them you two.
