Chapter 10: Semblance and a small guest. REWRITTEN

Okay so the semblance will be Delay it allows for slight time manipulation were anything he is touching will be delayed depending on how much aura he pours into the thing he's touching I chose this decision based on many considerations from Ruby's influence on his soul and considering her semblance is Petal burst and Penny reveals that her Semblance allows her to disassemble herself at a molecular level and reassemble at a chosen location. This allows her to go around obstacles or through paths that she would not otherwise fit.

So the Delay is at a molecular level along with the aura or in this case the soul so in the future he will be STRONG. The boy's original semblance was going to be Slow allowing for slowing things with his aura.

As for Edward his semblance was going to be Recognition allows for the remembering of anything he dems useful from fighting techniques to passing information it's always active and only deactivate when asleep giving a connection to his past life were he was both a insomniac and at the same time some one who could sleep for days if not for his body.*

Previously on Hidden Secrets Qrow found Edward and Ruby in a complicated position after a random bright light resulting in Edward grating the beating of his life even if it was only 2 kicks and that resulted in a broken arm and aura making him fall into his soul which is a mess.

Edward, unsure of what to do and considering the state of his soul and not having read far in the Monty Oum book about Remnant, since he's been busy doing jobs for Junior.

Decided it would be a good idea and act like a child and mix all the colours together making a dark shade of Eden revealing that Edward's original soul was a green that resulted in the weird purple lines? Cracks? Disappearing showing that it was harmful to his soul he could only hope that it wouldn't make a reappearance.

Feeling wired, Edward started waking up soon to be aware of the falling girl but also being unsure of who he was thanks to his slightly new soul.

Ed??? P.O.V

Feeling hazy I slowly open my eyes only to see the bright light of the sun and a growing black dot. The black dot was revealed to be a girl, a girl that was falling at an astonishing rate!

"LOOK OUTTTTTTT!!!" she screams from the sky while waving her arm around almost as if flying like a bird.

Confused by the still forming new soul I didn't know how to react resulting in a painful collision, though it didn't seem to harm the girl much, as for me I'm starting to fall unconscious... again.

"owwwww. Hey, you okay?" she says looking down at me and then pinching my cheek and playing with them as if I was a cat.

"oww." was all that I was able to gasp out along with a "Your heavy..." Which I feel like I would soon regret.

The woman just gave him a deadpan expression and stated that she's only "97 pounds and that isn't a lot" she then said after getting off of him and reaching out her hand.

"Lady, I'm 6?? Yeah I'm a 6 year old who just got his aura and was recently beaten, though it seems my arm healed." It took me quicker than I expected to recover thanks to my aura and soul. I said all this while getting up slowly.

"woah your six? and I'm still...shorter-anyway you'll be under my supervision then! also I get what you mean, I was beaten too, also watched my own mom get killed by my dad, so I get it, I hate that you had to go through that" She responded.
