We come back to (Y/N) and Chloe who are at the Junkyard, recollecting the events that happened not even an hour ago: Chloe gets expelled, (Y/N) gets expelled, Wells is outed as an alcoholic to Joyce, Rose, and James, nearly punching the weirdo Eliot, David makes Chloe and (Y/N) empty their pockets, Chloe finding out that David is moving into their place to get along. Because of these events, they are both stressed, but having each other's company, plus a couple of cigarettes, helped calm the both of them down. Chloe is seen smoking on top of a sign while holding a bat, and (Y/N) is seen smoking next to an abandoned and rusted down bus.

Chloe: Blackwell's done with us. I can't go home anymore. Is (Y/N) and this Junkyard all I've got left?

Chloe then jumps down, hits a bottle with the bat, then walks up to an old truck and is about to smash it up, but she then notices that it can be restored, so she opens up the hood of the truck to look at what's wrong, she just looks inside with disgust.

Chloe: "Ugh."

She then pulls the battery out of the truck.

Chloe: "This thing's a mess. But maybe I can fix it. If this beast will ever run again, the first thing it'll need is a new battery. Wonder if I can find one around here?"

Suddenly, (Y/N) comes up from behind and ask Chloe.

Y/N: "What you up to, Chlo'?"

Chloe: "Hey, (Y/N). Just found this old truck and it looks to mostly alright, just need to look for a new battery for it, you know if there's any?"

Y/N: "Hm...I did see another truck somewhere, let me go check it out to see if that battery works."

He then goes to a white pickup truck that he saw while smoking, he pushes on the latch that opens the hood and grabs the battery from the truck. With the battery in hand, he goes back to Chloe.

Y/N: "I think this should work."

Chloe: "Thanks, (Y/N)."

She then attaches the battery to the truck, she then goes inside and tries to start it with a screwdriver, but it doesn't start. In disappointment, she gets out of the truck.

Chloe: "Man...not starting up, might as well look inside to see what needs fixing. This thing needs more love than I can give, right now."

She then looks inside the truck to see what the truck will need to look nicer.

Y/N: "What should I look for?"

Chloe: "Hm...something to cover up this whole on the floor of the passenger seat. Anything that can cover the actual seats, it's full of rips. Maybe something that could fit on the dashboard. And a new light bulb for the ceiling light."

Y/N: "Gotcha."

(Y/N) and Chloe then go to opposite sides of the Junkyard, with (Y/N) going to the side where he found the other truck, and Chloe going to the side with the boat. (Y/N) grabs a welcome mat that could be used to cover up the hole in the floor, a rainbow beach towel for the seats, and a bobble head guy for the dashboard. Chloe grabs a pirate flag for the seat and a red light from a toy robot that'll fit perfectly for the ceiling light.

They both get back to the truck with the stuff that they grab.

Chloe: "Damn, you really found the good stuff."

Y/N: "Got lucky."

They both start placing the stuff in the car, Chloe placing the pirate flag on the seat and the red light in the ceiling light. (Y/N) placing the welcome mat on the passenger seat floor and the bobble head on the dashboard. They both get in the car, taking it in as they realize that this could be their ticket out of Arcadia Bay. Now, what about (Y/N)'s bike? He said that it is a good way out, but with the bag's they'll bring, his bike would definitely not be enough.
