An hour that felt like forever finally passed after the patient was finally moved to the intensive care unit. Jackson was heartbroken upon seeing the bruises on his beloved’s face, the cast on her neck, and the bandages on her head, but despite this, her beauty is imminent. He held the hand of the unconscious woman on the bed as tears started falling down his cheeks.
“Zy” He called out her name in so much anguish and regret.
After some time, Jackson wiped his tears and immediately called Luis.
“Let the Flynn and Muller family face an eternal fame of shame.” Jackson said as a grin appeared on his face. It was very easy for him to kill them if he wanted to, but this time, he would make them suffer. Death is nothing but an escape from pain and reality.
The best way to punish people driven by power, wealth, and status is to target their weakness, their insecurities. The greater the desire to cover up for those feelings of inferiority, the more it will be overwhelming for them to face public scrutiny to the point that all they could do is to beg for death. They would rather choose death than to lose their dignity and suffer in shame.
