Hello! I just want to thank each of you guys for reading!
Please enjoy this chapter!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------It had been around a week of chopping, drying, and packaging wood. Gratefully, Yumiko had only gotten hurt a few more times and managed to make his own little pile of wood. Which he was super proud of.
"Look! Look! Look!" He had shouted happily after his first successful attempt at packaging. He had managed to gently cover the pieces of wood in some dried up leaves, get a decently sized vine and tie a pretty good ribbon on top.
He was showered with praise (Some more sarcastic than others) and went back to do another package.
The three siblings had a system with money and how to share it.
They would chop wood for a week, helping was allowed but it took from your own time (They would often do this for a younger Yumiko). When that week was over they wood take time to prepare the wood for the long decent of the mountain.
When everything was done and they had finished their journey down the mountain, they would go their separate ways (Yumiko would stay home cause he was to young). This would allow them to sell their wood in peace, without any sibling trying to sabotage them (pranks were always a problem before this rule was put in place).
However, this was really never needed as each sibling chopped wood in a certain way, usually benefiting different types of people. For example, Sora chopped them four ways, making them thinner and better for keeping large fires going, or starting small campfires.
However, (Name) would chop them in half, making them useful in making larger fires and/or furniture. Each way was beneficial, and earned them plenty of coin.
Continuing explanation: after a day of going around and selling the wood, they would meet back up to count up their total profit. You got to keep 85% of the money made, and the other 15% would go into savings or emergency funds they kept around in case they needed extra supplies or something like that.
It was a useful method and had kept them afloat for a long while now. Unfortunately, they would now need to bend a rule so Yumiko could have a chance to sell own wood and get some real life experience in the world of money.
His wood chopping skills weren't the best, but they were pretty darn good for a seven-year-old. Probably better than most kids a few years older than him. It was a good mixture of thin and thick, he would get at least few people interested in buying a package.
(Name) and Sora had also agreed to let Yumiko keep 95% of his earnings as he was a little kid, and he should be able to enjoy his childhood as much as possible. Which they had both also agreed to help out with chopping some wood for him when he got to tired.
They were loving siblings every once in a while.

First person-(Name's Pov):
"I'm soooo tired!!" Yumiko cried out as he lagged behind her and Sora. I was getting pretty irritated with his constant complaining, but I couldn't scold him to much. It was a long track down the mountain.
"Oh your trap, we are almost there." I called out over my shoulder, earning me a cry of fake despair from Yumi, and an elbow to the side from Sora. "What? I was being truthful?" I grumbled under my breath as house roofs began to cloud the ground.
"See?" I said smugly as Sora gave me an exasperated look while Yumiko sped up, bumping into us as he ran towards the villages entrance. I squawked in surprised anger and began to chase after that rat-of-a-brother I have.
