Curly hair

It's summer!!! This summer is the best ive had so far. I hangout with my friends everyday and when i'm not , I hangout with my boyfriend Mason. He's coming over in a bit but he's taking a while.

I got bored waiting, so i got ready. I put my makeup on, dressed up and straightened my hair. I haven't straightened it since winter, because yk, summer means swimming and also means natural beauty! But i made an exception today. i actually prefer it straight because i don't really like my curls and they take time and effort to style.

After a while, the doorbell rang and my sister opened it,

"Finally!" I rushed past her, Mason stepped inside, a bright smile lighting his face.

"Hey, gorgeous!" He pulled me in for a hug, his warmth enveloping me. "Why the straight hair? Dont damage your pretty natural curls."

I pouted, " you don't like it ?"

"I do, you look adorable, but.." he glanced at the water guns on the dining table, i immediately understood what was about to happen.

"You know.. wanted to try something new." I say as i step back slowly to keep them out of his reach,

"New, huh?" He snatched the water gun and grinned. "Let's see how long that lasts!" With a quick flick, he soaked my hair, laughter spilling from his lips.

"Hey! Not fair!" I scrambled for the other gun, chasing him into the garden.

"Come here, babe!" he shouted, dodging behind a bush.

"Not a chance!" I shot back, giggling as I squirted him, splashing water everywhere.

Finally, he cornered me, both of us breathless and soaked.

"Mase come on i just did my hair!!"

"I know, don't be mad. You look perfect with your curls."

With a swift pull, he leaned in, our lips met but he quickly pulled back and opened the water gun on my hair making me chase him while we laugh.
