Chapter 18

Giving you two long chapters guys cuz i haven't updated since last year😬 (dw they both include ruben)

pitch darkness was all i could see which sent a panic to my body making my limbs feel stiff and my breathing feeling complicated until the soft sounds of waves slowly started appearing and i felt the hot beaming sun on my skin. The more i felt the atmosphere my vision slowly started appearing which happened to be the deep blue sea, the heat from the sun slowly rising and a hand layed on top of mine an olive skin tone with red bruised knuckles. I found myself on a California mountain next to a calm Ruben watching the west coast view with me at piece not in fear not in a rush or not in a worry. Until i felt a slight rumble underneath me as i look behind me a slight crack was forming in the mountain which was coming towards. I looked at the boy next me and he looked at me right back as he slowly blinked he shook his head as a sign to tell me its nothing and it going to be okay. Although the crack of the mountain had me concerned, his actions made me feel okay. The closer the cracks the harder the rumble became all of a sudden i felt a pit in as i fell through the open cracks.

As y/n eyes opened rapidly from the dream she had they slowly came back to closing itself. The instant regret of opening her eyes so quickly wiped over her body as she forgot the serious hangover she was bound to have. As she looked to her left as per usual Mia was in a deep sleep her blonde curls covering her face as her satin leopard print bonnet was on the other side of the bed wishing she was wide awake to get her a nice glass of water and ibuprofen but god answered prayers and she saw her with on the corner of her eye on her side of the bed side table. She reached her arm over trying to find the ibuprofen tapping her hands on the random place until she found the packets. As she felt the blue packet in her palms she picked it stupidly dropping it on her bedroom within a second. Well done y/n. She mentally slapped herself across her face not even bothering to groan or throw a tantrum as she felt stiff and her head feeling like theres a band practice inside with loud drums and guitars. But she had another target. The water. Y/n then repeated her last action slowly grabbing the cold glass with melted ice cubes but still visible to see which meant it was given to her not long ago. As she successfully got the glass close to her lips her hopes were through the roof until the water came out the glass quicker than she thought causing the water to splash all over her face and into her nose making her feel uncomfortable making her gasp loudly and get up quickly. Another regret.

'*gasp* holy sh- OW FUCK' she said holding her head in complete agony.

'Yo what the fuckk' mia said as she slowy turned to look at her friend with half opened eyes. Until she started gaining focus mia quickly got up realising her friends hungover has got her doing things she should be doing sober. Mia ran to her y/ns bathroom to grab her an extra towel quickly running until she stepped on a figurine a fucking figurine which mustve belong to the twins. The pain being so bad she slowly came down to the floor but keeping her winces quiet. After a few seconds she came to realisation that her friend was in an even harder position so she slowly got and grabbed a towel from the cabinet limping back to the bedroom.

Mia wrapped the towel on her soaked friend then rummaging through her bag luckily finding an extra water bottle and a packet of ibuprofen from her bag. After that she gently grabbed y/ns chin instructing her.

'Open' she softly said as y/n followed her orders as mia placed the medicine on her tongue then placing the water bottle on her lips and as her friend drank with loud gulps making mia laugh as y/n didnt want anymore the bottle was literal empty.

'Damn ma' mia said making y/n chuckle. As silence came back into the room y/n looked at mia with tired eyes and a slight smile on her face.

'I feel fucking stupid' she said with a raspy voice.
