Chapter 8: First Escape

The area of this waterfall was expansive, but its height was merely 20 to 30 meters. The water flowed down from above and evoked lustrous and bright splashes on the pool surface.

The big snake stopped before the waterfall and let down the female.

Shu Jintian pattered towards the side of the deep water and poured water to wash over the skin the big snake had touched. He promptly felt his moistened pores happily open, and felt very pleasant.

In the sizzling hot season, the scorching sun was like a roasting hot stove. The roasted ground was like a steamer basket.

The snake cave was considered pleasantly cool, but once he exited, Shu Jintian felt like he was about to be cooked from steaming.

Lightly washing his arms made Shu Jintian feel not satisfied enough, and he really wanted to directly leap in to have a swim.

He turned back to look at Shu Hanyu, saying with a raised eyebrow. “Hey! If I go down for a shower, you won’t object, right?!”

Shu Hanyu did not mind what the female wanted to do. He swayed his snake body for a moment, and slinked to the riverside for a drink.

Shu Jintian saw that he did not react and swiftly took off his upper clothes, throwing himself into the deep water while baring his (nonexistent) claws and fangs. He created a large splash, wetting Shu Hanyu’s body.

Shu Jintian stood in the water, looking at Shu Hanyu provocatively and smiling proudly. Hmph hmph!Laozi had done it precisely on purpose, what can you do?

Shu Hanyu looked at the female smiling at him by the water and was a little pleasantly surprised. The female also liked water right? That was too great. In the future, they could play in the water outside the cavern when they pleased. The thought itself made him excited.

Shu Hanyu’s head dunked into the water, and his body also followed along and disappeared under the water surface.

Eh? Where’s the snake? Shu Jintian looked at where the snake entered the water and felt a little restless. He looked around everywhere, deeply scared that he would suddenly appear from somewhere.

The water surface had no great movement, and only circular ripples emerging from his swaying. He couldn’t find the snake anywhere. His original slight unease had now magnified by a lot.

Suddenly, a cool and smooth object wound around Shu Jintian’s waist, and he was startled at first. Then, he felt that familiar strength and feel, and soon realised that this was the big snake.

The snake body coiled around his waist and finally, out emerged a dark-green head from the water. It’s gleaming and crystalline eyes, clear and clean, were earnestly looking at him, reflecting his naked upper torso.

Shu Hanyu intimately extended his forked tongue to lick the female. Discovering that the female had a common hobby with him made him extremely pleased.

His face was licked by the python; the ice-cold feeling only made him want to avoid it.

Having learnt from his mistakes, Shu Jintian did not dare to struggle this time and could only tilt his head backwards. However, the nimble forked tongue was fixed on him and followed after. The licked place had a rush of goosebumps and Shu Jintian’s neck stiffened, even swallowing saliva was strenuous.

Honestly, licking wasn’t a mammal’s innate tendency, so why did this snake have this damned habit?

Though Shu Jintian did not dare to openly oppose Shu Hanyu, it wasn’t like he had no way to deal with him.

Shu Jintian wrapped a hand around the snake body coiled around him and pointed at the bottom of the waterfall, smiling at Shu Hanyu as he said, “Big snake ah, I want to get a rinse under the waterfall, and have a massage.”
