The Nice guy

As time passed by, Zemy began to be less reliant on Mimi since she's almost completely forgot about him. Although this makes him sad, he has Duke to work him through his feelings now so it doesn't drastically affect him.

After a while, Mimi suddenly invites Zemy to hang out with her and her boyfriend. He is shocked since it was so unexpected. He had already lost hope in their friendship. Upon hearing this, he excitedly accepted the invitation to hang out with her (even if he would have to be third wheeling again).

When he got there, he was greeted by Mimi in the middle of a park. She immediately told him why she had brought him there. Apparently, her boyfriend really liked hybrids, and she needed Zemy in order to impress him. Zemy, a little disappointed, decided to agree to help her. When her boyfriend arrived, he was greeted by him. Zemy forgot how polite he was. He honestly didn't mind helping Mimi impress him. He thought it would be worth it.

Upon greeting him, zemy started panicking. He completely forgot his name from the first time they met. He felt guilty since he remembered Zemy's name. In that moment, he revealed his name again since he figured Zemy must have forgotten. "It's Brandon, by the way, in case you forgot, I know it's been a while since we last met!" He says with a smile. Mimi immediately glares at Zemy with disappointment.

Throughout the hangout, it consisted of Mimi rambling about what seemed to be nonsense. Brandon would try to include Zemy in the conversation from time to time, but Mimi would continually interrupt Zemy. Zemy didn't mind, although he was completely drained, not knowing what he should be doing to impress them. After the hang out when they were leaving, Brandon stopped Zemy, asking him if he wanted to hang out with him sometime. Zemy thought it was a little weird. Brandon explained that he wanted to be friends with his girlfriend's friends and apologized if his request made Zemy uncomfortable. Hearing this, Zemy didn't feel as skeptical since it made sense. He explained how he would have to ask Mimi if it was okay first until Brandon abruptly interrupted him, yelling, "No!" With a concerned tone. This scares Zemy as he didn't expect that kind of reaction. Brandon apologizes again, explaining how if he does ask her, she will just want to join them. He tells him he just wants to hang out with just the 2 of them as friends.
