Off couldn't believe that the adorable teacher loved him. The rest of the evening was spent in a blissful haze of happiness. Later, Gun went to assist Akin and Nirin with their bath and prepared them for bed. Off followed him like a lost puppy, observing his every move with heart eyes. The young teacher was like a rose in the middle of the wildflower field and Off couldn't get enough of him.
"Are you alright, P'Off?" Gun asked, leading them back to the sofa. The children were finally asleep, so they could have some time alone before going to bed themselves.
"Honestly, no." Off admitted. Gun looked at him, worry written all over his pretty face.
"I don't want to scare you." He started. The younger male shifted uncomfortably on the couch.
"But did you mean it?"
"Mean what?" Gun tilted his head to the side confusedly.
"That you love me. Or was it just for the kids?" Off let out a shaky breath.
"I..." Gun seemed to struggle with the answer. Off didn't want to force him into anything he didn't want to. He wasn't like that.
"I mean it. I love you too, P'Off." Gun mumbled. His voice was shaky, and Off did understand why. Saying your feelings aloud was difficult, especially for someone who had experienced a terrible relationship before.
"I love you, Gun. So much." Off dared to reach for Gun's petite body and pulled him into the hug. The teacher didn't protest, and let himself be held. They fell into a comfortable silence, enjoying each other's presence.
"It reminds me, P'Off. Where will I sleep?"
"In my bed, of course." Off replayed without hesitation.
