A Warrior and a Hero (Tsuyu Asui x Male Reader)

Chapter 1: Forest Meeting

You were riding your motorcycle through the badlands when you received a call from Yonah.

Yonah: "Brother, when will you be back? I miss you. The others have helped to take care of me, but how much money do we need?"

"Doc needs a lot of money to treat our "conditions". Once that's taken care of, we can travel wherever we want to."

Yonah: "Promise?"

"Promise."

Yonah: "Okay. Please stay safe."

"Don't worry. Rest up."

The call hung up and you arrived at a forest, where you pulled out a wanted poster for a smuggler who betrayed the Hero organization by stealing weapons. You scanned the area and got a read on the target and saw it hiding somewhere in the forest and the settlement.

You then saw an armored transport with the letters "UA" on the sides. Your mask scanned it and you saw that it belongs to a school that trains those who would be future heroes.

"Oh, no, you don't," you said to yourself. "You ain't stealing my bounty."

You then hid your motorcycle and ran to the village at full speed, where you donned a cloak and asked around for any other strangers that may have arrived. You then heard about a rumor about a city guy investigating the pond and its caves, so he headed there.

As you reached a pond, you saw the girl from a few days ago sitting on a rock.

"How cliché," you muttered.

You tried to sneak past, but she grabbed a rock with her tongue and threw it. You grabbed your sword and sliced it in half, causing yourself to be revealed.

"Hey, you're that bounty hunter I met in the sewers. I'm guessing you're here because there's another bounty."

"Am I that easy to read?"

"No, just from what I've heard, bounty hunters are only ever in a place because of business. As much as I'm not a fan of help from strangers, the guy I'm after stole a lot of weapons and wasn't alone in that heist. Maybe he's the one you're looking for?"

You then sensed something and heard the sounds of guns being loaded.

"Duck!" you shouted as you leapt and grabbed her out of the line of fire.

The two of you took cover and you fired your pistols at them before she grabbed a rock and threw it at the attackers. You then ran toward the attackers and fought them, and as your strength and speed overpowered them, the girl grabbed a few with her tongue and knocked them into other attackers.

You then ran and your tacker beeped faster as your saw the Smuggler and knocked him out with a single punch to the head. You then tied the target up and carried them on your shoulders.

On your radio, you heard that the students and staff will be responding to the gunfire.

"You should probably go," the girl said. "I don't think they'll take kindly to you."

"When you got here--"

"The bad guys were already knocked out, I got it," she responded. "Well, do you have a name?"

"You can call me V."

"Well then V, take care. The Badlands are not a welcoming place."

"I know."

You then ran back to your bike and drove away to the settlement that gave you the bounty. After turning the criminals in, you then drove to an underground settlement where your house is.

After entering and sitting on the couch, you heard a voice say "Big brother, are you home?"

"Yes Yonah," you responded. "I'm back."
