"What?" He laughs in disbelief.
"Well, I don't remember much, but I remember you taking me to Elwin."
"Oh my god. You remember! You're getting your memories back! We have to tell everyone. We have to tell Fitz! And Elwin! And Dex, though I don't know if he's that into me, but still! Sophie, this is..."
"Wait." I stop him.
He blinks at me.
"Tell Elwin. Tell Grady and Edaline. But try to keep this between us. I don't know how or why I lost my memory, but I don't want to loose this too."
He nods, looking at me like he understands. "Does this mean I can't tell Mummy and Daddy Sencen?"
I don't know who these people are- must be relatives- but his voice is dripping with sarcasm.
"I don't.." I stare at him, pleading with my eyes that he gets what I mean.
"Ok Sophie Foster. I'm going to have to fill you in on all the drama. Starting with my sob story of a childhood. Brace yourself."
