18. Who I am?

His Pov:

After putting her to sleep, I sat beside her, watching a beautiful art of god. If god has made anything so lovely it is my kitten. She's my everything.
She got injuries in some parts of her body , which is  now making me crazy!
I slightly removed the blanket from her toes to see a giant bruise...
My heart got shaken up seeing her in this situation.

Anger fueled on me, but this time it was for me..I was angry at myself. I CAN'T HURT HER!

I brought a ointment and applied it softly on her right toe.

"You are going to be alright, my kitten"

She was practically covered in mud. Which made me laugh remembering a memory of her playing in the mud when she was 9.

I silently cleaned her hands and legs with a wet towel.

I was looking at her but my sense told me there's a third person in this room

"Zohran"

"Wah, I'm impressed" hearing my brothers voice after a long time relaxed me more. I didn't take my eyes away from her. I don't care if it's my brother or anyone else..if there's 1000 billion people and her. My eyes will always be on her. My eyes are hers anyway. I'm all her.

"Admiring her?" He asked me. Is this even a question!? Stupid

"Or who would admire her? & Why ? You got a problem?" Yuh all brothers talk like this , whether they are human or Jinn

"Zain.You scare her.No one gets love by scaring and blackmailing!"

"She disobeys me. She hates me, Which.. which makes me mad! And I end up scaring her so much that she curls up in a ball!. Sometimes I love scaring her"
I smiled.

"Zain you are sick!! She's innocent!"

"Shhh.. she's sleeping...!" I said angrily..I swear if he breaks her sleep. I won't see the brother tag anymore

"You love her and you hurt her?" Ok yes! Now my nerves got torn apart!

I grabbed his throat and pulled him out of her room..

"She's is mine to love, mine to scare and even mine to hurt. if anyone do these things which is not me, he will be drop dead and if anyone comes in between me and her, he will be very dead in a unconventional way"
I threatened him. His eyes became wide in a fearful way

"Look Zain..." He removed my hands from her throat.

"I know you love her. But at least give her time. She's innocent and Fragile. I'm telling you all this for her wellbeing. I wish, you would understand" he left saying..

Wow! I just threatened my brother! What a beast I'm becoming day by day...
Mariana hates me and now my own brother. He's even scared of me.
Was I ever capable of love?

For 1 second I wanted to wake Mariana up so that I could stare into her eyes and calm my nerves and put my heads on her lap and sleep a deep, serene sleep...

Instead I was staring at her closed eyes.

"God, you're so beautiful"

Her Pov:

"Wait Rick!" I shouted. As everyone was leaving from the class. I should already return his notebook which contains nothing! Lol
He stopped and I handed him the notebook
