"I know you hate basements" he chuckles psychotically
I was whimsically dragged down the stairs.A pain burned from my spine to my legs as my body hits the ground with a force .
This was so dark that I couldn't even see his face anymore. For the first time I just wish he doesn't leave me alone here.
"So kitten" My mind enlightens with the hope as I heard his voice
"Listen to me very carefully.Mariana Noor you're mine.you'll never leave this place and leave my side.We are going to be husband and wife as soon as you'll come out of this basement" he says in a very calm voice as if he was explaining something to me.
"Stay there until you're well behaved " i hear the door close as I jumped up shouting
"Nooo! Don't leave me here!! I'm sorryyyyy. Pleaseee"
I ran where I thought was the door and started knocking on the door
" Pleass-eas , please.. I'm sorry..open the door please-zainn...sis help me"
"Opennn the doorrrr...! I don't want to be hereee...!!" I cried out
My pleading were filling up the big basement as I kept Knocking ignoring the pain in my knuckles.
"Please, I'll never-never talk to you like that. I'll Be Well Behaved!! PLEASE JUST OPEN THE DOOR!!" I slide down to the ground beside the door as I kept knocking.
My knuckles turned pure red as it was burning from the pain. Unknowingly tears made their way down my cheeks as I closed my eyes to avoid invisible eyes hiding in the dark.
I hate dark, I hate basement, I hate Zain, i hate my life.
I moved as close as I could to the wall and Hugged my knees sobbing. Why everyone wants to hurt me. Why! What have I ever did to deserve this.
I wish I was never born. Dying is better than staying in a dark basement.
My crying turned into hiccups as I remembered my dark past related to basement.
Flashback* ( 2 years ago ) :
"Yayyy! Can you imagine Clara I turned eighteen!! Now I'm an adult and I can do anything I want" Tiara jumped up. She had a birthday cap on indicating that the birthday party just finished.
"Let's go on a trip!!! We'll have so much fun!! I'll invite Dane and Javier too. They said they're free Tomorrow"
Clara excitedly said
"Really!!! They'll come too!! Omg. Let's go! We have a test tomorrow but that doesn't matter. Im the birthday queen right!"
"But Tiara, your grade will lower if you don't take the test. It's already a C. Do you want to fail!?" Clara scolded her
"I only fail when mom knows. And the trip is already planned so zip up" tiara's voice so excited as she shushes her friend.
"Let's take permission from Aunty"
Two best friends went cautiously to Tiara's mom.
"Hey aunty" Clara greeted as the mother hugged her and said " hi Clara. How are you beautiful"
"I'm fine"
"Hey mom" tiara also greeted her mother while making circles on the floor with one toe
"Yuh honey? Oh I can see. What do u want. I'll grant your wish my birthday girl"
The mother smiled warmly.
"We decided to go on a trip tomorrow"
