------ I woke up at 6:00 a.m and went to gym . even if i am already fit i still need to maintain my body otherwise nobody would be afraid of me if i will look like a Zombie. I start doing boxing to vent my frustration.

After doing boxing and gym i went to my bathroom to get fresh at 7:00 a.m .I came out and start wearing my suit .

After wearing it i went downstair and see my family eating as soon i enterd it was quite i went to to dining table and ate my breakfast i ate it faster and nobody dared to talk to me well my family is not as much scared but as i have anger issues i can get angry easily and i can even kill someone beause of it thats why they are so quite. I went to office after that .
