**Siya's POV:**
I was sitting on the bus, and every single person was looking at me. And why wouldn't they? Who wouldn't notice a girl crying continuously? Some people might be concerned, some might wonder how someone could cry in a public place-it's shameful, while others might not care at all. People are like that-they either care too much, or they don't care at all. And in the end, who cares? We have to die alone anyway.
Slowly most of the people were gone only 1 or 2 were left in the bus. The scene out of the window was vibrant, filled with life. People going around running errands, cars filling the roads and the vendors as always shouting 'Aaloo lelo' at least most of them.
Suddenly, the bus came to a halt, and the conductor told me to get out since it was the last stop. Now only I was there in the bus. I quickly got up from my seat and walked to the door.
"Bhaiya yaar bata to Diya Karo, roz isi bus mein aati hu mein. Ab mera stop bhi nikal gya kese ghar jau mein." I said to the conductor who was in a hurry to escort me out of the bus.
"You are an adult now not a kid whom we need to tell on which stop you've to step out of the bus." He replied. He was an old man with wrinkles sprawled across his face and neck. He was better than the driver by both nature and habits. The driver, well not that I hate him or so but he does so unhygienic things. Ew.
I quickly got out of the bus and looked around me. "What's this place?" I murmured to myself. I hadn't even realized how far I'd come from my stop. Why did it have to happen with me?
I looked around to see if there were boards but to my dismay there were none. If only I wasn't so drowned into my thoughts, I wouldn't be standing here. But again, what was I thinking about. *First I need to get home,* Now, I'll have to call Papa. He's really going to shout at me for not paying attention while traveling. I went to the nearby stationery store. As I took out my phone to dial Papa's number the screen didn't light up. Woah, I don't even have battery in my phone. Lord's great.
The stationery stop was filled with some people inside it. Well, not having any choice I had to go and ask the shopkeeper about the place.
"Excuse me, what place is this?" I asked the shopkeeper who was busy handing out stationery items to the kids in the shop.
"Ye to Saket hai," (This is saket.) replied the shopkeeper busily.
"Ye Model Town se kitna dur padta hai?" ( How far is it from model town?).
I asked again, and this time, I was a hundred and one percent sure the shopkeeper was irritated by my repeated questions.
"Madam, pata nhi," ( I don't know madam.) replied the shopkeeper rudely.
"Oh" I moved out of the shop. Seriously, like wtf was that for even. I was just asking about the distance only. *Ye insaan log bhi na.*
I noticed a shoe store nearby. I quickly went over to the store. As I entered and asked the shopkeeper for his phone to call Papa. I dialed his number thirty times, and he still wasn't picking up. Not getting any answers to my calls i asked the shopkeeper, "When will the DTC for Model Town arrive?"
"Model town wali nahi ayegi beta ab. Vo 6 baje tak hi aati hai " he replied. "Oh" I said and was about to leave the store when he called back "vaha jaana hai aapko?" He asked. "Yes" i replied. "How will you go now?" He asked. "Um,rikshaw se." I replied.
