When a country dies it can only come back if there is enough support, the "dead country" can only "come back" 3 times before it is considered "fully dead". This story takes place in 2012. America is the father to 51 kids aka the 50 states and DC, Texas is the 4th youngest states after Hawaii (8), DC (11), Alaska (12), Oklahoma (13) and Texas is 14 at the start. The UN gave Third Reich a second chance because he believes in second chances.
Third Reich often stays in the shadows in order not to get caught, Third Reich is tall, strong and threatening. Third Reich is aggressive and always carries a knife. America actively warns the states and DC about Third Reich on a daily basis so that they never forget to be careful about where they go so Third Reich doesn't get near them and just how dangerous and ruthless he is. Human realm and the countryhuman realm can never mix and when I say that they can never mix I mean never, Countryhumans can't summon humans and vise versa.
America: Father to the states and DC, At the start countries don't know that America has kids, is extremely protective of the States and DC and would move heaven and earth to keep them safe. Most of the countries believe that America is lazy because he often comes to meetings late and falls asleep during them. America falls asleep during meetings and comes late because he has to take care of the states and DC. The nicknames that his family calls him is USA, United States of America, America, Ame and the states and DC call him Dad, father and Papa. America and his kinds live in the middle of the woods so that he can hide them from the other countries.
Texas:14 at the beginning of the story, Resilient, has decent strength. Texas loves the other states and DC and her father, America to pieces and would do anything to keep them safe. She is the 4th youngest out of 51 children. She can be loud and chaotic but can also be kind and caring to those she loves. Her nicknames that the other states and sometimes her father calls her is Tex, Texmex, Taxaco and lone star state. She also has a rebellious side and does things that she has been told not to.
Third Reich/TR: Strong, tall, threatening, has sharp teeth and enjoys other people's pain. He was given a second chance to redeem himself by the UN but instead of redeeming himself, he refused to change. Sense he chose not to change, the countries have been on the lookout for him but are not actively looking for him. He is dangerous to be around because of his sharp teeth and aggression, which is the reason that America always warns the states and DC about him.
