(Back at ABDO 2.0's airship, where the Resistance are held, Heavy Metal is still struggling to cope with his guilt. His team decides to check on him.)

Battery: What's wrong, man?

Heavy Metal: (softly) It's all because of me. (shouting) ALL OF YOUR LIVES ARE ON THE LINE BECAUSE OF ME!

Bomber: I'm tired of seeing you beat yourself up for this.

Heavy Metal: But it's true! I shouldn't have done all of that to Abdo. Maybe... if I stood by his side... none of this would've happened! (sniffing) ABDO 2.0 will end you all one by one, and... I don't know what to do anymore!

Dynamite: We've been over this already; there's no use crying over spilt milk. Right now, we need to band together. We need our leader.

Heavy Metal: I'm... I'm no leader.

Bomber: You kidding?! You've been the bravest of us all; you've inspired all of us to fight even after all hope was lost; you never gave up on ABDO 2.0 when he seemed irredeemable to all of us! And you think you're not fit to be a leader?! You're the best of all of us! Now get up and come up with a plan to save our butts!

Heavy Metal: (softly) Thanks guys. (Stands up and speaks loudly) Resistance, listen up! Now we must leave this place as soon as possible and stop ABDO 2.0! I know that it will be tough, but if we don't put an end to this, who will? We took a vow to restore our world, and we'll see it to the bitter end!

Resistance fighters: (nod)

Battery: Glad to have our leader back.

Heavy Metal: Thanks for having my back, guys.

Bomber: Don't mention it.

Heavy Metal: Now then, let's get going.

(As the Resistance huddle up to figure out an escape plan, Bader and the girls drop off at Future Academy...)

Lara: Now we're heeeere!!!

Bader: (panting) Here's some helpful advice: never let Lara drive!

Lara: Anyways. Girls, stay here.

Nancy: And why's that?!

Lara: I only had enough time to make two of the disguise thingies, so only Bader and I will go.

Bader: Disguise thingies?

Huda: Hold that thought. Why him?!

Lara: Cuz he's the one leaving.

Sarah: Fine!

Lara: Don't be mad, girls. You know I count on ya big time. 😉

Sarah: Don't patronize us, but thanks.

Lara: Now let's go, Bader.

Bader: Now what're the disguise thingies?

(Lara presses on her watch, and she almost instantly adapts a seamless disguise as a high school student.)

Bader: Woah!

Lara: Now put on these. (hands over a suit and a watch)

(Bader puts them on and presses on the watch , receiving a seamless disguise as well.)

Bader: How'd you do that?!

Lara: What can I say? I'm crafty. Remember: I'm Qamar Omari, an enthusiastic high-school student on her first day in Future Academy, and you're Jamal Omari, also an enthusiastic high-school student on his first day... and my "brother." Don't forget these names. Don't speak to anyone unless spoken to, and when that happens, try to end the conversation as soon as possible. Come up with an excuse, an alibi, humor whoever's talking to you, do anything to avoid a full conversation.
