Vladimir then walks out to the door, but he turned to other nurses and doctors who were scared.

Vladimir walked out of her room, as the scene shows the hospital was attack and Aegis escorted him out of safety ever room was full of gunfire, and doctors and nurse panic. On the floor, we can see some Soviet Police including, Some OMON and Android were down by Hacking Aegis.
