The train stopped out side of the small town and the kindred, the four ghouls, and devils stopped off the train left and they walked into the town, the sun was set, but nobody was out, Damian stopped by a puddle and kneeled down to it, the puddle was red and viscous, Damian swiped a couple of fingers threw the puddle recognizing the puddle as blood, Damian licked the blood.

"Whatever bled it wasn't long ago,"  said Damian.

"How can you tell, can you see memories or something?" asked Issei jokingly.

"No, it's still warm and fresh, this blood was recently spilled, but whatever spilt it, took the body with them," said Damian.

Damian was covered in shadows and his outfit was replaced with his kindred agent outfit, along with a hooded cloak.

Damian pulled up the hood and made his way to the bar where he sat down and ordered a drink, his class mates followed him in

Damian pulled up the hood and made his way to the bar where he sat down and ordered a drink, his class mates followed him in.

"What are we doing here?" Issei asked.

Damian didn't answer, "answer me ass hole," growled Issei, but then there was a demonic howl in the night and Damian stood up.

"That dick for brains," said Damian as he left the bar and he saw the wight, only it was using blood magic.

"A Tremere wight, never going to let the blood mages live this down," said Damian.

The wight lifted a stone with blood magic and threw it at Damian, Damian stopped it with his potence, and tossed it aside.

"Doesn't look so bad," said Issei as he tried attacking with his boosted gear only for it to seemingly deactivate, his peerage mates tried attacking but the same thing happened to everyone of their magical abilities.

"Were you fools not listening to me when I said this thing can temporarily erase your powers like Aizawa can, this thing used to be a blood mage, apparently there's enough intelligence to still use thaumaturgy which makes this an actual pain," said Damian.

"So why can you still use your powers?" asked Issei.

"It doesn't work on vampire disciplines," said Damian as he summoned a sword made of shadows.

"Girls, time to put that ghoul power to the test, try and distract it," said Damian.

Ruby, Weiss, Blake, and Yang ran towards the Wight, Yang punched it sending the monster flying back, Blake popped out of the shadows and cut it's back causing it to wail in pain, Ruby jumped onto it sending it flying to the ground, Weiss was using dominate to get citizens to leave the area.

The wight sent out a pulse of blood magic sending the four girls flying back a shadow appeared above the wight as Damian came down swinging his shadow blade cutting off the monsters arm causing it to screech an ear piercing wail.

It tried to grab Damian only for him to dodge it getting behind the beast he slashed off the other arm the wight did a 180 and tried biting down on Damian only for him to sink into a puddle of Shadow he appeared on the roof of a building he concentrated potence to his legs jumped off and came down spinning and with his sword he cut the wight in half vertically down the middle as the two halves fell to the side they burst into dust and flames.

"Nice to know the devils were fully useless, Team RWBY you did great," said Damian as he headed back to the bar.

Damian got out a phone and made a call, "Tremere wight, that's what was attacking people, it had enough intelligence to use it's thaumaturgy," said Damian.

"Yes it's dead, alright, see you later Rayne," said Damian.

"Damian made another call, hey Lily I need a favor from you, E, and some of the other Thin-Bloods in your coterie, not Julius, he can't be seen in Union or I have to kill him," said Damian.

"I have a dhampir who wants to learn more about himself, since I don't know Thin-Blood Alchemy as well as a Thin-Blood thought you guys could help them out," said Damian.

"Alright thanks, meet at Asylum when you get to Union," said Damian.

The two teams joined the vampire at the bar, "what was that about?" asked Ruby.

"Reporting the success of my mission, and getting Gasper some teachers for his Thin-Blood Alchemy," said Damian.

"Anyway next train comes in a few minutes, let's get back to Union," said Damian as he finished his drink and got up.

The Union Students headed back to the city.

On their return to the city, Rayne had already reported his findings to the Council, as a reward Damian was gifted Tremere blood that was strong with the power of Auspex.

Damian drank the blood gaining the new discipline into his skill set.

A few days later

Damian and Gasper walked into Asylum, Gasper was nervous so he was clinging to Damian tightly, Damian just held the young vampire close so none would try to mess with him.

Once at the bar Gasper saw a young looking woman with orangish red hair and incredibly pale skin.

"Gasper, this is Lily, she's the leader of a coterie of Thin-Bloods, she can help you in mastering thin-blood Alchemy," said Damian

"Gasper, this is Lily, she's the leader of a coterie of Thin-Bloods, she can help you in mastering thin-blood Alchemy," said Damian.

"It's nice to meet you miss. Lily," said Gasper shyly.

"You as well Gasper," said Lily.

"So from what Damian told me you've just recently started to learn about your vampire heritage and wish to master thin-blood alchemy," said Lily.

"Yes ma'am," said Gasper.

"Alright, we'll start tomorrow night," said Lily.

Lily stood up, "I have to go, other vampires don't like Thin-Bloods on their turf I barely have permission to be in the city much less at the Asylum," said Lily as she left.

Damian and Gasper left shortly after her, "why are Thin-bloods hated even now?" asked Gasper.

"During the final nights they were seen as signs of Gehenna, the Book of Nod, our bible said the final nights would be accompanied by a rise in Caitiff and Thin-Bloods, the final nights came and went, only instead of the hungry progenitors of the thirteen clans, it was the hunters of the Second Inquisition, they nearly burned us to nothing all except the Thin-blooded who were just human enough to fly under the radar," said Damian.

"Thin-blood populations began to shrink as the Cainite population grew, but Kindred fear that the more we embrace, the more likely Thin-Bloods will grow, and there's yet to have been a war with the Antediluvians, so there are still those who believe the burning times weren't Gehenna and that the final nights have only just begun," said Damian.
