"such as our childre the fifth generation, who's minimum blood potency is 4, and maximum is 9, a sixth generation vampire has a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 8, seventh have a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 7, eighth generation vampires like Damian, and team Rwby are a minimum blood potency of 2, and a maximum of 6, if I were to sleep till I was back to blood potency 5, and Damian were at blood potency 6, Damian would have a sliver of a chance to defeat me, though honestly the experience of a kindred with millenniums behind them would still be far stronger than a fledgling with only some four or five hundred years," said Seras.
"Now the 9th generation kindred also have a blood potency of 2 and will grow to blood potency of five after three hundred years, generation 10-11th will have a minimum blood potency of 1, and will grow to four after three hundred years, finally 12-13th start at 1 and grow to 3 after two hundred years," said Seras.
"Finally the thin-blooded in generations fourteenth-sixteenth all have blood potency of 0 and tend to stay at 0," said Seras.
"Now there are ways to increase blood potency other than age, and that's to diableries other kindred of lower generation," said Seras.
Gasper raised his hand, "yes Gasper?" asked Seras.
"Is there a way for dhampirs to become full vampire?" asked Gasper.
"Like your father your technically counted as a thin-blood, and from research I've done, your father Lord Vladi is a fifteenth generation Lasombra from our records, and it seems he was one of the leaders of the Thin-Blood rebellion," said Seras.
"You're a sixteenth generation vampire. To gain more blood potency, you'll need to diableries three other lower generation vampires to become a full vampire," said Seras.
"But Gasper is also half devil, wouldn't that affect him?" asked Rias.
"Not really all that happens is instead of having his watered down Obtenebration is he'll have access to all the powers offered to him as a vampire, along with his sacred gear, and the powers of his evil piece," said Seras.
"Miss. Seras, I want to become a full vampire," said Gasper.
"Gasper, what are you doing?" asked Issei.
"We have three criminal Cainites in Union," said Seras.
"You expect Gaspy to kill older and stronger vampires?" asked Rias.
"Not alone, I'll send Damian with him," said Seras.
"I want to be there," said Rias.
"I don't mind Gasper becoming a kindred in full, but I don't want to risk him getting hurt," said Rias.
"Alright, Damian, take Rias and Gasper and find the three kindred, deal with them, and then let Gasper diableries them," said Seras.
"Yes ma'am," said Damian.
"You three start tomorrow, for now all of you return to your dorms," said Seras.
The students got up and went back to their dorms.
The next evening
Gasper and Rias came out of Union where they saw Cain in his uniform standing waiting for them, "alright, let's go find these kindred criminals," said Damian.
"Where are they?" Rias asked.
"Well, from what we've learned, they're in the warehouse district," said Damian as he pulled the pair close to him, and they sank into a pool of Shadows, making Rias blush.
The three appeared in the warehouse district.
"Auspex," Damian whispered as his eyes turned red.
"Found them," Damian said as he stood up and jumped across the roof, the devil, and dhampir devil followed after him flying.
Damian landed on a roof and stopped, "Alright, Gasper, from here it's up to you, if you wish to join the Lasombra, you need to show your strong, but if things get bad, me and Rias will intervene," said Damian.
"Got it," said Gasper nervously as he went into the warehouse.
"Damian," said Rias.
"Rias, he's the child of a Lasombra thin-blood, if he wants to join the Lasombra proper, he must show he's strong, if not, the other Lasombra will chew him up and spit him out," said Damian.
Rias and Damian watched Gasper fight the three thin-bloods, one threw him into a wall, Rias was about to intervene but Damian stopped her.
"Damian," said Rias.
"Near death is where you finally show your true self, a predator, or prey," said Damian as Gasper hissed angrily and hopped onto one of the thin-bloods neck and bit into it draing him dry.
He hopped to the next and the next, and both were drained of their blood.
Damian and Rias hopped down as Gasper fell asleep, "a vampire is an apex predator, and the Lasombra are the apex of apex predators," said Damian.
Union Academy
At Union Seras was working on some paperwork when a certain first man slammed a fist on her desk.
"Can I help you, Adam?" Seras asked.
"What the hell are you leeches doing embracing four students?" growled Adam.
"They wanted to join us, so we embraced them, no rules said we couldn't embrace, especially if asked," said Seras.
