Ruby Rose arrived outside of an apartment building, the building was in the slums of Union, he never had anyone over but she managed to get his address from her teacher Glynda Goodwitch, she wanted to be able to return his stuff to him before anyone at the school tried to steal his stuff or the school had it destroyed.
She went to his apartment room and opened the door.

"Man, how can anyone live in a place like this?" asked Ruby as she looked around the mostly empty room.
"Can I help you little girl?" asked a man with keys.
"Oh I'm looking for Damian Kaine," said Ruby.
"Oh that kid, he's dead," said the man.
"What?" asked Ruby as her eyes went wide.
"Kid left four nights ago, never came back, it's only a matter of time before there's news of his body being found, for the best no one ever cared for the kid," said the man and he left the shocked Ruby.
Ruby left the building and she got a call she was being called to an alley with her team, the Occult Research Club, and Izumi Midoriya, Katsumi Bakugou, and Shoka Todoroki, she headed there and she saw two corpses, ones throat was torn out, the other was missing his heart.
"What the hell did this?" asked Ruby as she knelt down next to the corpses.
"We don't know yet, but we're sending it to the Headmasters to see if they know anything," said Rias.
A car pulled up and two people in suites walked by the Union heroes in training and looked over the bodies with a bored look, they then bagged and tagged bodies and loaded them in the vehicle.
"Hey who the hell are you?" asked Union, the two suited individuals just glared at the boob dragon emperor, and went back to ignoring him.
"Hey we asked you who are you?" asked Ruby.
"Marshalls, now let us do our job," said the man in a suit and Ruby's eyes widened as the Union Marshalls left.
"What was their problem," said Issei.
"That was the Union Marshalls, they're a group in the Union City PD, they're considered the best in the Union PD and have actually fought some villains, Grimm, and even rouge devils and taken them down before any heroes could show up, and they seemed to be doing it without powers," said Ruby.
"How do you know about them?" asked Yang.
"Damian, he wanted to join the Marshalls if he couldn't be a hero, it's why Damian trained his physical skills, as well as was always studying," said Ruby.
Damian (A month later)
Damian stood on the roof of a tall tower in a hooded cloak and black skull mask rain fell around him.
