" When are you both planning to get married? " Mrs. Kim's words came to everyone's ears .

Instantly, Y/n choked on her food . She started coughing loudly . Her utilities fall down her hands . Hands on her chest . Jungkook was all frozen after the question. But when she started coughing, his attention turned to her . He dropped his utilities and passed her a glass of water . " Drink it and take slow breaths. " He said in a concerned voice .

Taehyung started rubbing her back , looking at her while suppressing his laughter .

" Was it necessary to talk about marriage right now , Hyunbin?" Mrs. Kim asked with a glare . " It's not my fault that she got startled. " Mr. Kim replied, showing his wife his innocent and confused eyes.

Y/n calmed down slowly after drinking the water . She looked at her father with a big sigh . " Appa ! "

" What ? " Mr Kim looked at her with the same confused look . " It's not my fault that you got startled about your marriage. "

" Appa you can't just bring up this topic all of a sudden!"

" Wae ? It's not a simple topic . It's a topic for both of your life's . "

" Appa ... " Y/n whine again . " Why don't you talk about his marriage instead of mine ?" She said pointing toward Taehyung. Taehyung's eyes went wild when he heard her pointing at him . " Yaa ... Girl don't drag m-"

" It's not about talking about any of your life , princess . We , me and your Eomma , both want to see our child happy. That's it !"

" Then why not him first ? "

" It's not about anyone's turn first , princess. If he had found anyone for him , I would really tell him to get married. But now you have a life partner . That's why I'm telling you . I always wanted you guys to choose your life partners wisely . I never wanted to force you in anything, princess . "

Y/n's eyes lowered and she asked , " But you were forcing me to marry Lee Dong-Min. " Hearing her low voice question, Mr Kim chuckled. " I was forcing you because I didn't expect my princess to be in a relationship with my Dr. Kook. " Jungkook chuckled too after hearing Mr Kim's reply .

" He's right, baby . " Y/n's Eomma started . Everyone looked at her as she continued, " Me and your Appa wants you guys to be happy. From your birth to till now , all we wanted is to see you both happy . "

Y/n got stopped when she felt Jungkook's hand over the table . He holds her hand in an assuring manner and gives him a calm nod. He looked back at Mr and Mrs Kim and started , " uncle , actually we never talked about this matter before . That's why she was shocked. " Jungkook said looking back at Y/n for a second.

" She may not think about it just yet , Uncle but .. " As he was saying , Y/n looked up at his side profile. " But to be honest, I did . Not now , but the first moment she accepted me as her boyfriend. I wanted to tell her my thoughts but as we both wanted to take things slowly, so I didn't . " Y/n was getting amused by what Jungkook was saying .

" I was about to tell her but again I thought that you both maybe won't approve of me as your son-in-law. So I .. " Jungkook stopped . His eyes lowered from Mr Kim's .

" Why wouldn't we ? " Mr Kim asked . " Do you guys think of us as villains in your love story ? " He asked , narrowing his eyes .

" No uncle !" Jungkook denied instantly.

" Then ? Look my child ," Mr. Kim holds Jungkook's shoulder . " You guys are at an age when you both can make your own decisions . You both know what's good for you both and what not . We parents are here to show you guys the right path . If you guys were not meant to be together, we would definitely stop you both from dating . But now as you both are perfect for each other, we're encouraging you both to take the biggest yet most beautiful step of your life , my child . "
