Shigaraki Tomura was shocked when the woman he had just killed suddenly appeared behind him again. Her eyes flashed with anger and determination. Before he could react, she pulled him over the arm of the sofa and wrapped her arm tightly around his neck to strangle him.

"That hurt, you idiot..." she hissed, her voice ice cold and cutting.

Tomura struggled desperately, his mind racing. How was that possible? He was sure he had eliminated her. His attempts to free himself seemed almost pointless in the face of her uncanny strength. It seemed as if his Quirk would never work on her a second time.

"And why did you kidnap a UA student?" she continued. "What good is a child to you? Can't you get a girlfriend so you have to make some yourself, you bitch?"

Dabi tugged at his hair. It was her. Should he say something or keep quiet? Actually, he only wanted to use Shigaraki to carry out his own plan of revenge. And now his twin sister was standing here.

"You're naked," he then remarked casually, without revealing her identity.

The woman grabbed Tomura's sweater, pulled it over his head and let him go to give him some air and put the sweater on herself. Then she grabbed his pants and left him sitting on the floor in his underwear, shocked and shaking with tension.

"You smell disgustingly of All for One..."

"All for One is my father," Tomura growled.

"As if... All for One just steals children, gives them destructive quirks, or waits until something really ugly happens to show up as a last resort. So you're just a puppet, a loyal little street mutt with no will of your own.”
Tomura hissed quietly. "I want to fucking kill you..."

"Fantastic! That just worked out really well, didn't it?" Dabi smirked and chuckled quietly.

"Great, I have to re-dye my hair..." she murmured, brushing back her red hair. Her revival had also reset the hair color. How annoying... Then she walked over to Bakugo to untie him.

"I'm taking so-and-so with me," she explained, pointing at Dabi and Bakugo. Bakugo hadn't made a sound since she reappeared.

The atmosphere seemed almost tangible as Touko gently placed her hand on Dabi's chin. His previously deformed features began to change; the scars that had marked him so much faded under her touch. It was as if her mere presence had a healing effect on him.

Dabi looked at her in surprise and a little overwhelmed as she spoke to him. Her words were full of pain and disappointment, but also carried by a deep determination that made him think.

"I'm not even mad at these idiots here who call society 'villains'... With my Quirk I could kill people in the city or bring them back to life as I please... I also think that the idiot has more options than just destruction. Turning things into atoms... I'm sure he could not only destroy things, but simply transform them... You always have a choice."

Touko looked into Dabi's blue eyes. "I knew you had an ice Quirk too... It's weaker than your fire, but it's there."

"Like your ice is stronger than your fire?" he asked, visibly surprised.

She sighed.  "I don't have it anymore...just the curse," she replied and shrugged.

Dabi's look spoke volumes. He understood.

"The problem is... The city is lazy, it always takes the easy way out. The way it thinks is the easiest," Touko began, her voice quiet but filled with a deep, burning emotion. "Heroes are only human. They can't be everywhere. And civilians blindly rely on heroes. I had to help myself for a long time when Endeavour was convinced that you were dead, brother. He called me crazy when I told him that All for One had taken you wherever. In any case, there was no clear lead.”
