i make my way over to kalani's dorm and immediately walk in without knocking. leight and kalani are sat on baileys bed and bailey is sitting at her desk chair, all on their phones.

"hey guys.." i begin and all their heads snap towards me, leighton gets up and drags me to the middle of the bed.
"explain the ENTIRE trip in detail- WAIT! let me get my whiteboard out." leighton interrupts and jumps up to grab her large whiteboard on wheels with her colourful array of markers, which she will use to colour code all points like always:
pink for cute
orange for bad
green for nice
red for never go back again.

oh god, mattheo will not make it out of this alive.

it's been an hour and a half and the board is entirely full on both sides, mostly dissecting the argument and the night on the beach but also there's a mini dedication to how good he is in bed, which was only added because the red on the board was hurting my eyes. blaise has somehow found his way into the room before we began debriefing so we invited him and enzo to join so i wouldn't have to explain the story a million times over.

"i'm still shocked he tried to hide the hooker underwear, actually, no, i'm shocked he kept it when he knew you were waiting there." blaise begins and everyone is quick to agree, i let out a sigh of frustration.
"did he think he was going to get away with it?" kalani asks, clearly annoyed for me.

"it's not even the underwear that's annoying me, it's the fact that when i asked if it was to prove he was better than theo, he just left. at least try and answer me?" i complain, throwing my head back and covering my face with my hands.
"i love you sereia, but mattheo is always like this, but this time he pulled out all the stops he could think of. cooking, dates, trips, gifts just because, doing whatever you wanted. that's how everyone gets sucked in, i watch it happen all the time. he sucked everyone in this time." enzo comforts, helping me believe it's not my fault when blaise chimes in again.

"you remember my comment on the post where i said 'tomorrow?'?" he begins
"yeah?" i reply, slowly and confused.
"he was supposed to ask you to be his girlfriend the next day but i think he got scared of the commitment and freaked out. then had sex with that hooker. BUT, i am not defending him." he clears up and i watch bailey shoot up to write that on the board, stealing the purple marker from the tub.

"purple?" leighton asks, we've never used purple?
"that was a crazy statement, it needed its own colour. purple is insane plot twists after the dissection happens, deal?" she asks and everyone agrees making her add it to the code on their wall.

"now that that's over, leighton put it away, and sereia text theo and invite him here, i'm sure he'd love to see you." she winks and i roll my eyes playfully but oblige
