Indigo made her way down the staircase rapidly, starving for breakfast. She slowed down as she reached the end, walking into the kitchen. "Good morning" she smiled at the sight of Taylor, her godmother.

"Tay!" She squeals, wrapping her arms around the blonde as she did the same. "It feels like it's been forever" Taylor shuts her eyes as she swayed indigo side to side before pulling away from the hug.

"What are you doing here so early?" She asked her, "Well i wanted to come see you guys before my flight, London awaits" Taylor chuckled. "Where's my hug" Ryan extended his arms.

"Ew dad you're a "where's my hug at" guy? You're like 47 years old" Indigo makes a face at him, before giving in and hugging him. "What's a "where's my hug at" guy?" Blake asked curiously as she poured chocolate chips into the pancake mix she and Taylor just made.

"It's like a corny creepy boy who pressures you to hug him when you don't want to" Indigo takes a handful of chocolate chips, shoving it all in her mouth at once. "That can't be good for you.." Taylor muttered.

"So you don't want to hug me?" Ryan put a hand to his chest, "No dad, it's just- the way you said it sounded like that" She laughed with her mouth full, "Where are the girls?" She looked around for her little sisters.

"They're still asleep, I'll wake them up when we're done making pancakes" Blake stirred the mix while Taylor got the pan ready. Indigo nodded, sitting on the kitchen island as her feet swung off the counter.

"Hey Indi," Ryan started, "Yeah?" She turned her head to his direction. "Why were things so awkward last night with Walker? Did you not want him to come? Something happened between you two?" He questioned. Blake and Taylor's attention focusing on the two after hearing that.

"What? No. Nothing happened, I just didn't expect to see him there that's all. Me and him never got along that much anyway so it's always awkward" She shrugs it off, "Why? You guys are basically the same person just different genders. You like the same movies, you have the same humor- everything." He raised an eyebrow in confusion.

"No I know, I think he's alright but- he's your co-star I dont like.. have to be friends with him. Even though you tried to make that happen countless times" She said, "Who is this kid?" Taylor asks curiously.

"He's an actor, Indi's age. He was my co star on The Adam Project and now Deadpool" Ryan explained. "Oh, him! He was really funny in The Adam Project" She responded.

"He's a really good kid. Walker was raised right, I also don't get why you don't want to be friends with him Indi" Blake butted in, "God, why do you guys want me to be his friend so badly? Im not forced to if I don't want to. Im happy with my own friends I don't need to have dads friends" She sighed in frustration at the end of her sentence.

"Sweetie, I didn't mean for it to come across like that. Im sorry, I just thought you should consider it because he's gonna be around a lot more now but you're right. You don't have to be his friend" He apologized to his daughter, "It's okay dad, sorry I was a bitch about it" She let out a smile.

"Where's the swear jar?" Taylor lightly smacked Indigo's thigh with a spatula, "Oh we don't have that, not when these two can't even control themselves" Indigo smirked playfully as she motioned her head to her parents.

It was now the afternoon, Indigo laid down on the sun-bed that was across the pool in their backyard attempting to get a tan. She sat up as she heard her phone ring, she clicked on her best friend, Ariana Greenblatt's contact.

"Hey Indi!" She said in a sing-song tone, "Hi Ariii" Indigo matched her energy. "You're tanning? Without me? Also that bikini is adorable" She complained before smiling as she gave her a small compliment. "Thanks, and bitch you're in London" She laughed at Ariana as she moved the sunbed to be in the shade, so she could see her screen.

"What did you do today I miss you bro" Ariana leaned her head on her hotel room pillow, "Well, Taylor was here earlier so I got to have breakfast with her before she left.. also got in a mini argument with my parents in front of her" Indigo explained.

"Oh my god, what happened girl" Her face grew worried, "It was some dumb shit about Walker, my dad was asking why I wasn't friends with him and I said I just didn't want to and they kept trying to say about how he's so great and it just made me feel like I was this mean person when in reality I just don't have to be friends with him! Sorry that was a lot" She says, out of breath by the end of it.

"Oh babe, you're not mean. You don't have to force any friendship that isn't natural" Ariana smiles at her empathetically, "Thanks-" She says before her facial expression changed as she saw someone open the glass door that lead to the backyard.

"Wait shit he's here, what the fuck.. I gotta go bye" Indigo whispered to the phone, "What? Oh my god okay bye" Ariana said before she hung up.  She sat up and fixed the posture she was in as she saw the blonde boy walking up to her. All he had on was swim trunks, blue ones that had a print of Batman surfing on them — predictable.

"Hi Indigo" He sat on the swim bed that was next to hers as he faced her, "Hello.. what are you doing here?" She asked him, "You always ask me that every-time you see me, do you not want me here Indigo?" He smirks.

"Stop calling me Indigo" She furrows her eyebrows, "Sorry- isn't that your name?" He slightly titled his head. "Yeah but everyone calls me Indi so I don't know why you're saying Indigo all of a sudden" She crossed her arms.

"Well Indigo, I'm not everyone am I?" He copied her, crossing his arms, "This is exactly why I don't want you around" She scoffed. "Too bad, Ryan invited me to swim then dipped when he saw my dad brought an old video game so they're playing that now" He told her.

"Well why don't you play video games with them" She said, "It's a two player game, and I'm already in my trunks so I'm gonna swim." He shrugged.

"Im starting to think this is my dad's doing, like he purposefully arranged this.. play date" She moved her hair away from her face, "Play date is crazy, and you don't have to hang out with me if you don't want to" He informed.

"No I was gonna swim anyway" She said as she reached for her sunscreen, Walker letting out a smirk as he looked down at the ground before directing his attention back to her.

"I just need to put more sunscreen on" She muttered as she spread some across her face, "Is it bad that I didn't put any on" He scrunched his face.

"Yes, very bad. Here." She handed him the bottle as he starts putting it on, Indigo judging him silently as he did so. "Thanks" He gave the bottle back when he was done, "You don't know how to do this, you barely put any on your shoulders and that's the most important part" She shook her head in disappointment as she opened the bottle back up, squirting some on the palm of her hand, before rubbing it in.

She placed both hands on his shoulders applying the sunscreen, he tried to ignore the heat rising on his face — choosing to blame it on the weather. "Since when are you giving Walker free massages?" Blake came out of no where with Olin, the youngest reynolds kid in her arms.

"Jesus mom, I was just putting on sunscreen for him since he clearly can't do it himself" She put the bottle away. "Hey Blake" Walker sheepishly grinned. "Hello Walker, You should learn how to apply sunscreen it's important" She pointed a finger at him.

"Yes ma'am, will do that" He nodded quickly , Indigo rolling her eyes at his awkward antics. "Hey Olin" He said in a gentle voice as he waved at the baby boy, holding his hand that stuck out.
