Chapter One: Vanishing of Will byers

It was a normal night on November 6th, 1983.

I was riding my bike down to the wheelers house, For one annoying my best friends who are basically children sure that's pathetic, but I would rather hang out with them than anyone else at Hawkins High.

I rode my bike down the road, which was illuminated by the street lights, and the lights from inside the suburban houses, It was a calming sight. A normal sight.

I finally made it to the wheelers house after a few minutes and laid my bike down on the green grass, which was now dark since the once blue sky was now black.

I knocked on the door and waited a few minutes before Mrs. Wheeler opened the door, She gave me a soft smile and greeted me.

"Oh, Y/n, it's good to see you. The boys are in the basement they have been calling your house phone for ages."She says to me, moving out of the way so I could walk in.

I gave her a soft smile and walked inside.

The truth is, I haven't been home all day..which I am not revealing why I haven't been home all day to Mrs. Wheeler.

"I'm sorry, I have been running Errands all day, I'll go see them now," I tell her.

I lied through my teeth. But hey, everyone has secrets.

I then make my way through the house, and down the basement, I hear Mike's voice. They must be playing D&D.

"Somethings is coming, something is hungry for blood," Mike says sinisterly

  I then make myself hidden as they do not notice me.

"A shadow grows on the wall behind you, swallowing you in the darkness." Mike continues on.

Dustin wipes his nose, and Lucas leans in, so he will, all engrossed in the campaign.

"What is it?" Will questioned.

"What if it's the Demogorgon?" Dustain says nervously.

I knew I had to prank them and scare them. It would be so funny,

"Oh Jesus, we are so screwed if it's the Demogorgon," Dustin says, placing his face in his hand.

"It's not the Demogorgon," Lucas reassures.

Then Mike slams a figurine down on the table and says.

"An army of troglodytes charge into the chamber!" He shouts.

They all relax.

"Troglodytes?" Dustin questioned.

"Told you," Lucas says. They all chuckle.

Then it went silent, creating an eerie feeling.

"Wait a minute.. did you hear that?" Mike says, creating an eerie and sinister atmosphere.

"That..that sound, Boom...Boom..Boom!" He says, slamming his fist on the table.

Scaring his friends.

"That didn't come from the Troglodytes. No, that, that came from something else. " he says

Before he could slam the figurine down, I jumped out and scared them. They all screamed like little girls. They all looked at me with smiles on their faces.

"Y/n!" They all said in unison, Dustin and will got out of their seats and hugged me, Mike and Lucas gave me a smile.

"Y/n were playing. Do you want to be Y/n the cruel?" Dustin says, moving his eyebrows up and down.
